Das Produkt wurde nach einem Tag geliefert (nicht relevant für das Produkt) Der Aufbau war etwas knifflig da es keine richtige Anleitung gibt sondern nur eine Explosionszeichnung, bei mir musste ich bei einer querstrebe die schraube erst schiefansetzen, da die Löcher nicht korrekt übereinander lagen, das hat mich ca. Eine Stunde gekostet. Ansonsten wäre ich nach 45 Minuten fertig gewesen. Ich bin ca 180 cm groß, die Bank ist mehr als groß genug für mich. Zuerst das einzige das mir negativ aufgefallen ist. Die sitzfläche ist höher als die Rückenlehne bei der Flacheneinstellung, deshalb lege ich mich so das mein Hintern in der Lücke zwischen Rückenlehne und sitzfläche liegt, ansonsten macht man ein extremes hohlkreuz. Man liegt dennoch gut auf der Bank. Beim Schrägbankdrücken hingegen lässt sich die sitzfläche perfekt einstellen. Habe die Bank bisher mit meinem Körpergewicht von 72 kg +80 kg beim Bankdrücken sowie 60 kg beim Schrägbankdrücken belastet, und die Bank steht bombenfest, es wackelt nichts oder knarzt da ist also noch deutlich Spielraum nach oben. Der Verstellmechanismus funktioniert sehr leicht gängig und die Winkel die man einstellen kann sind Praxis gerecht. Das Polster ist auch sehr gut verarbeitet. Durch die Rollen und den Griff ist das verschieben kein Problem, selbst für meine Freundin war die Bank sehr angenehm und leicht zu bewegen.

The product was delivered after one day (not relevant to the product itself). Assembly was a bit tricky as there are no proper instructions, only an exploded view diagram. I had to start the screw on one of the crossbars at an angle because the holes weren't aligned correctly, which took me about an hour. Otherwise, I would have been finished in 45 minutes. I'm about 180 cm tall, and the bench is more than big enough for me. The only negative point I noticed is that the seat is higher than the backrest when set to flat. Therefore, I position myself so that my bottom sits in the gap between the backrest and the seat; otherwise, you end up with an extreme arch in your lower back. Despite this, the bench is still comfortable. For incline bench presses, however, the seat can be adjusted perfectly. I've tested the bench so far with my body weight of 72 kg (80 kg for bench presses and 60 kg for incline bench presses), and it's rock solid. Nothing wobbles or creaks, so there's still plenty of room for more weight. The adjustment mechanism works very smoothly, and the adjustable angles are practical. The upholstery is also very well made. Thanks to the wheels and handle, moving the bench is no problem; even my girlfriend found it very comfortable and easy to move.

La panca è arrivata con l’imbottitura bucata e il manico saldato un saldatore in stato d’ebrezza. Ho provveduto al reso e alla sostituzione, il secondo collo è arrivato senza danni. L’assemblaggio non è macchinoso ma le istruzioni sono inesistenti. Il prodotto sembra solido, ad eccetto dell’imbottitura che sembra facile da lacerare. Ritengo il prezzo pagato (138€) un po’ elevato, ma vista la qualità della concorrenza adeguato.

The bench arrived with a hole in the padding and a handle welded shut with a drunken soldering iron. I returned it and exchanged it; the second package arrived undamaged. Assembly isn't difficult, but the instructions are nonexistent. The product seems sturdy, except for the padding, which seems prone to tearing. I think the price (€138) is a bit high, but considering the quality of the competition, it's reasonable.

Le banc est livré bien emballé, chaque pièce est ensachée individuellement, la visserie est de qualité, de ce côté là, rien à redire. Sa hauteur de 43 cm est idéale pour le travail en poids libres, il est assez stable, confortable et robuste, et a un look franchement sympa comparé aux autres bancs. Quelques légers bémols toutefois qu'il me semble bon d'énumérer si vous souhaitez en faire l'acquisition : D'abord la notice de montage qui n'en est pas une. C'est une simple vue éclatée de l'appareil avec les numéros des pièces et des vis. Comme il n'y a pas d'étapes de montage et qu'en plus le plan est tout petit, ça peut prendre du temps. Ensuite, lorsque le banc est à plat l'assise est plus haute que le dossier (on le voit sur les photos), donc pour le développé couché c'est pas vraiment idéal, mieux vaut se coucher sur le dossier et mettre sa tête sur l'assise. Enfin, même si il est stable il n'est pas très lourd, vous ne pourrez pas faire du hip- trust ou du spider curl avec ce banc. Ceci étant dit, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix, loin d'être du pro évidemment mais ça reste du bon matériel.

The bench arrived well-packaged, each part individually bagged, and the screws are high quality—no complaints there. Its 43 cm height is ideal for free weight training; it's quite stable, comfortable, and sturdy, and has a really nice look compared to other benches. However, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning if you're considering buying it: First, the assembly instructions aren't really instructions at all. It's simply an exploded view of the unit with the part and screw numbers. Since there are no assembly steps and the diagram is quite small, it can take some time. Second, when the bench is flat, the seat is higher than the backrest (as you can see in the photos), so it's not really ideal for bench presses; it's better to lie on the backrest and rest your head on the seat. Finally, even though it's stable, it's not very heavy; you won't be able to do hip thrusts or spider curls with this bench. That being said, it's good value for money, far from professional-grade of course, but it's still good equipment.

Etant pratiquant assidu en musculation, je recherchais un banc inclinable simple et robuste au prix abordable pour complété mon home gym. Mon choix s'est porté sur ce model et je ne regrette absolument pas. La structure est ultra robuste, le banc ne bouge pas lors des mouvements, les inclinaisons proposés sont bien pensé, la mousse est epaisse et suffisament ferme, tres belle finition et couleur, bref...je recommande très vivement ce modèle. Seul bémol, le plan de montage en mode "débrouillez vous avec ca"

As a dedicated weightlifter, I was looking for a simple, sturdy, and affordable incline bench to complete my home gym. I chose this model and I absolutely don't regret it. The frame is ultra-robust, the bench doesn't move during movements, the incline options are well-designed, the foam is thick and firm enough, the finish and color are very nice, in short... I highly recommend this model. The only downside is the assembly instructions, which are rather vague.

ce banc remplit parfaitement les conditions pour un entraînement chez soi à un prix raisonnable. Il est aisé à monter (même si la notice est peu explicative) et confortable pour les Développés inclinés et développés couchés. Seule petite remarque : la goupille pour l'inclinaison du siège comporte un système de blocage vraiment peu professionnel (rondelle retenue par une bille à ressort !!! ). Sinon c'est parfait.

This bench perfectly meets the requirements for a home workout at a reasonable price. It's easy to assemble (even if the instructions are a bit vague) and comfortable for incline and flat presses. My only minor complaint is that the pin for adjusting the seat's incline has a rather unprofessional locking mechanism (a washer held in place by a spring-loaded ball!). Otherwise, it's perfect.

Nach dem Powerrack nebst Latzug war ich noch auf der Suche nach einer erschwinglichen Bank für mein Homegym.Da ich nicht großartig mischen wollte habe ich mich wieder für das Produkt von CS entschieden.Ich denke nicht dass sich die Bänke in der Hobby Klasse viel nehmen von daher viel diese Entscheidung leicht.Die Verarbeitung der Bank ist wie auch schon beim Rack sehr ordentlich, die Haptik und Optik sind für die gut 100 Euro einwandfrei.Leider fehlten so wie beim Rack auch hier Teile namentlich zwei Muttern was natürlich ärgerlich ist da ich jetzt erst mal passende kaufen gehen muss.Die Bank steht nach dem Aufbau solide da, die Lehne kann man überraschend leichtgängig verstellen und schön arretieren. Die Neigung der Sitzfläche ist mit einem einfachen Bolzen ebenfalls schnell erledigt, eine aufwendigere Mechanik wäre sicher wieder zu Ungunsten des Kaufpreises gewesen von daher meines Erachtens völlig ausreichend.Bei komplett flacher Bank ist mir persönlich der Abstand zwischen Rückenlehne und Sitzkissen zu groß, von daher werde ich mir wohl nocheine reine Flachbank zulegen.Fazit: Schöne Bank für kleines Geld erfüllt ihren Zweck

After getting the power rack and lat pulldown machine, I was still looking for an affordable bench for my home gym. Since I didn't want to mix and match too much, I opted for the CS product again. I don't think there's much difference between benches in the hobby class, so the decision was easy. The bench's workmanship is very good, just like the rack; the feel and appearance are excellent for around 100 euros. Unfortunately, just like with the rack, parts were missing, namely two nuts, which is annoying since I now have to go and buy replacements. Once assembled, the bench is sturdy, and the backrest is surprisingly easy to adjust and locks securely in place. Adjusting the seat angle is also quick and easy with a simple bolt; a more complex mechanism would certainly have increased the price, so in my opinion, it's perfectly adequate. Personally, I find the gap between the backrest and seat cushion too large when the bench is completely flat, so I'll probably get a flat bench as well. Conclusion: A nice bench for a small price that does its job.

Vorab, die Bank wurde bei Capital Sports direkt gekauft (Elektronik Star, Klarfit, Capital Sports, alles wohl eine Gruppe). Ich habe länger gesucht, da mit unter 1,80m Größe eine nicht ganz so hohe Bank gewünscht wurde. Ähnliche Modelle abseits der echten Studioklasse sind meist um oder über über 50cm hoch, was mir zu hoch ist. Zudem hat -zugegeben- das Design mit den blauen Akzenten gefallen. Zügige Lieferung in einem Paket per UPS, da liegen die Teile recht lose drin, nennenswerte Kratzer gab es aber nicht. Der Aufbau geht alleine, ist aufgrund optimierungsfähiger Anleitung (lediglich 1 Seite Materialauflistung, 1 Seite Schnittbild) und mehrfach unterschiedlicher Schrauben-/Muttern-/Unterlegscheibengrößen teilweise nach "Versuch macht klug". Werkzeug liegt keins bei. Man braucht diverse Schraubenschlüssel und Zange zum Gegenhalten oder Ratsche und entsprechende Bits. Nach erstem Probieren nachziehen, dann steht die Bank sehr stabil. Die Verarbeitung (z.B. Schweißnähte, Nähte am Polster) ist ordentlich. Die Polster sind recht straff, besser so, als zu weich. Die unteren Längsverstrebungen haben eine abweichende raue Pulverbeschichtung, der Rest ist glatt. In der Praxis zeigt sich die Rückenlehnenverstellung mittels Schlitten als etwas fummelig, da der Schlitten die Löcher zur entsprechenden Schraubenaufnahme breitflächig verdeckt. Es ist mir anfangs auch passiert, dass die Stellschraube nicht richtig einrastete und trotz festdrehen die Rückenlehne beim aufliegen nach unten knallte. Die Schrägstellung ist in niedrigster Stufe etwa 45-50°, was wohl dem ersten Produktbild entspricht. Das empfinde ich als schlecht. Eine tiefere Schräg-Position wäre (mir) wünschenswert gewesen. Unter Zitat "7 Höhenrasten für Lehnfläche" hatte ich mir mehr vorgestellt. Die dafür mögliche Rückenlehnenverstelllung in die absolut Senkrechte erkauft man sich in der Flachbankstellung mit einer recht größen Lücke zwischen Vorder- und Rückenteil. Stört mich manchmal. Gleich zu Beginn ist das Plastik-Stellrad am Schlitten für die Rückenlehnenverstellung gebrochen. Ein Ersatzteil oder den Schlitten einzeln gab es nicht. Optional wurde die Retoure/Austausch der ganzen Ware angeboten. Auf das Prozedere hatte ich aber keine Lust und das Stellrad mit Panzertape geflickt/umwickelt. Gab dafür nachträglich immerhin einen geringen Nachlass. Die Bank gibts zeitweise bei Auktionsplattformen für rund 120 Euro. Fazit: Schönes Design, angenehm niedrige Bauhöhe für Nichtriesen, Verarbeitung ordentlich, Funktionalität mit leichten Mängeln.

First off, the bench was purchased directly from Capital Sports (Elektronik Star, Klarfit, Capital Sports – all apparently part of the same group). I searched for a while because, being under 1.80m tall, I wanted a bench that wasn't too high. Similar models outside the true gym-quality range are usually around or over 50cm high, which is too high for me. Admittedly, I also liked the design with the blue accents. Delivery was quick in one package via UPS, where the parts were rather loose inside, but there weren't any significant scratches. Assembly is possible alone, but due to the instructions, which could be improved (only one page listing parts, one page of cutaway diagrams), and the multiple different sizes of screws, nuts, and washers, it's partly a matter of trial and error. No tools are included. You need various wrenches and pliers to hold the other side, or a ratchet and the appropriate bits. After the initial test, tighten the screws, and then the bench is very stable. The workmanship (e.g., welds, seams on the padding) is decent. The padding is quite firm, which is better than it being too soft. The lower longitudinal struts have a different, rough powder coating; the rest is smooth. In practice, adjusting the backrest using the sliding mechanism proves somewhat fiddly, as the mechanism largely covers the holes for the corresponding screws. Initially, I also experienced the adjustment screw not engaging properly, and despite tightening it, the backrest slammed down when I rested on it. The lowest angle is approximately 45-50°, which seems to correspond to the first product image. I find this unsatisfactory. A deeper angle would have been preferable. Given the "7 height settings for the backrest," I had expected more. The option to adjust the backrest to a completely upright position comes at the cost of a rather large gap between the front and backrest sections when the chair is in the flat bench position. This bothers me occasionally. Right from the start, the plastic adjustment knob on the sliding mechanism for the backrest broke. A replacement part or the entire mechanism was not available. The only option offered was a return/exchange of the entire product. I didn't feel like going through that process, so I patched/wrapped the adjustment knob with duct tape. At least I got a small discount for it afterward. The bench is sometimes available on auction platforms for around 120 euros. In conclusion: Nice design, pleasantly low profile for shorter people, decent workmanship, functionality with minor flaws.

Kurz gesagt: Positiv: -Optisch super. -Sehr gute Qualität. -Sehr stabil, lässt sich bei 30kg Gewicht aber vernünftig bewegen. -Schrauben kann man so fest ziehen, dass nichts wackelt. -Sitzkissen ist leicht erhöht, dass man beim flachbankdrücken einen natürlichen Widerstand hat. Negativ: -Lücke zwischen Sitz und Rückenlehne ist deutlich vorhanden (wie in dieser Preisklasse übrig). Fazit: Wer was von Capital Sports hat und einen einheitlichen Look möchte (siehe Foto), hat eigentlich keine Wahl. Die Bank kann nichts schlechter als alle anderen Banken in der Preisklasse, sieht aber super aus. Negative: - There's a noticeable gap between the seat and backrest (as is common in this price range). Conclusion: If you own Capital Sports products and want a uniform look (see photo), you don't really have a choice. The bench is no worse than any other bench in this price range, but it looks fantastic. The gap between the backrest and seat cushion is borderline acceptable, but it doesn't bother me yet (I don't need to put a towel or anything in between). It would get five stars if the gap were smaller. For the same reason, though, I wouldn't give five stars to other weight benches in this price range either.

Un excellent banc pour la musculation chez vous, surtout si vous avez peu d'espace. Facile à déplacer avec le grand poignée et les petites roues à l'arrière. Il arrive en environ 14 pièces et beaucoup d'écrous, boulons et rondelles. Le montage est assez facile, bien que le schéma pourrait être un peu plus clair. Il nous a fallu deux heures, mais vous pourriez être plus rapide. Une fois assemblé, le banc fonctionne parfaitement. Vous pouvez faire glisser le siège pour modifier l'inclinaison du dossier, de complètement plate et horizontale à entièrement droit, 90 degrés au siège. Vous pouvez aussi modifier la pente de l'assise (quatre positions), en inclinant le front. An excellent home gym bench, especially if you have limited space. It's easy to move thanks to the large handle and small wheels at the back. It arrives in approximately 14 parts and includes plenty of nuts, bolts, and washers. Assembly is fairly straightforward, although the diagram could be a bit clearer. It took us two hours, but you could probably do it faster. Once assembled, the bench functions perfectly. You can slide the seat to adjust the backrest angle from completely flat and horizontal to fully upright at a 90-degree angle. You can also adjust the seat's incline (four positions) by tilting the front. It allows for a variety of workout routines that are impossible without a bench and encourages good posture while working with free weights. The bench is very sturdy and stable. The cushions are firm enough with good grip, providing proper body support. The build quality, materials, and black powder coating on the metal parts are all excellent. It's quite large for its intended purpose but easy to store. It seems durable. We received a trial unit for testing and objective evaluation, and my husband used it almost every day for over two months, so I can speak to its reliability based on some experience.

A truly solid and well-designed product. It doesn't look like a home fitness bench, but rather a professional gym bench. The padding is excellent; the only flaw is the assembly manual. Forget the "IKEA" look; it's all intuitive, even if it turns out to be easy. Excellent Amazon service.

Davvero un'ottima panca per gli esercizi con i pesi, io mi trovo molto bene ad usarla e sono soddisfatto di questo acquisto; i tubi sono robusti, la seduta e lo schienale sono comodi con una buona imbottitura in modo da sorreggere bene durante gli esercizi senza traballare. Secondo me un attrezzo che potrebbe trovarsi bene anche all'interno di una palestra e non solo fra le mura di casa. La seduta si può regolare avanti e indietro in modo da cambiare l'inclinazione dello schienale, se si vuole usare la panca con lo schienale orizzontale è possibile basta svitare i due bulloni che lo legano ai sostegni. L'unica nota negativa sono le istruzioni che sono complicate da decifrare dato l'alto numero di viti e dadi da stringere, inoltre nella confezione non sono compresi gli strumenti per stringerli ma bastano due semplici chiavi inglesi e si monta tutto. La spedizione è arrivata nei tempi previsti ed era imballata bene.

This is a truly excellent bench for weight training. I enjoy using it and am very satisfied with this purchase. The tubes are sturdy, and the seat and backrest are comfortable with good padding to provide good support during exercises without wobbling. I think this is a piece of equipment that would be a good fit for a gym, not just at home. The seat can be adjusted forward and backward to change the inclination of the backrest. If you want to use the bench with the backrest horizontal, you can simply unscrew the two bolts holding it to the supports. The only downside is that the instructions are difficult to decipher given the large number of screws and nuts to tighten. Furthermore, the package does not include the tools to tighten them, but two simple wrenches are all you need to assemble everything. The shipment arrived on time and was well packaged.
