The five zones cover every technique in your repertoire: a 3.4 kW wok burner for high-heat stir-fries and searing, a 2.4 kW high-power burner for rapid boiling, two 1.8 kW standard burners for everyday cooking, and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner for delicate sauces and melting. Gas responds the moment you adjust the dial — no lag, no waiting for a hob to catch up. That responsiveness is what makes the difference between a sauce that's perfect and one that's overcooked.
Cast iron pan supports hold everything steady, from a heavy wok to a small milk pan, and distribute heat evenly beneath whatever you're cooking.
