The four zones cover every cooking scenario: a 3.4 kW wok burner, two 1.8 kW standard burners, and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner for delicate work.
Cast iron pan supports hold everything steady — from a heavy cast iron wok to a small milk pan — and distribute heat evenly beneath your cookware. The stainless steel and satin glass finish wipes clean easily and keeps its looks after daily use. Under the surface, Italian Sabaf aluminium burners deliver consistent, long-lasting performance.
