Power powder with Klarstein food dehydrators
Did you know that you can process the peel of almost any fruit and vegetable into a healthy and delicious powder? It can be used to decorate dishes and create special flavours. Mushrooms, beetroot, carrots, celery and apple peel, for example, are great - we tested and enjoyed them ourselves. It's this easy: Dry the peels at around 70 degrees for four hours in the Klarstein food dehydrator and then grind them very finely. Our extra tip: Use untreated food and clean it well beforehand.
