The Santoku knife from the Razor Edge series by Zelite Infinity by Klarstein is a multi-purpose knife with a wide blade and a flatter profile than the standard chef's knife. It is perfect for slicing, dicing and chopping a variety of vegetables, fruits and meat with a downward slicing motion. A series of recesses on both sides of the blade reduces the likelihood of thinly sliced food sticking and makes food preparation a breeze. A leather sheath to protect the blade is included.
