Habe den Handtuchhalter bestellt und zuerst ein falsches Produkt geliefert bekommen. Kontakt war sehr freundlich, das Produkt konnte ich kostenfrei zurücksenden. Habe es erneut bestellt, diesmal kam das richtige. Aufbau sehr leicht. Ständer steht gerade und sehr stabil. Meine krabbelnde Tochter schafft es nicht ihn umzuwerfen. 50 Euro finde ich trotzdem etwas hoch gegriffen für den einfachen Bambusständer. 15 bis 20 Euro weniger wären wohl passender in meinen Augen.
Ordered the towel rail and initially received the wrong product. Contact was very friendly, I was able to return the product free of charge. Ordered again, this time it was the right one. Construction very easy. Stand stands straight and very stable. My crawling daughter can't knock it over. I still find 50 euros a bit high for the simple bamboo stand. 15 to 20 euros less would probably be more appropriate in my opinion.
Alles macht einen soliden und stabilen Eindruck. Die Montage ist etwas anstrengend. An sich kann man beim Zusammenbau nichts falsch machen. Dennoch klare Empfehlung.

Die Abstände reichen aus, das genug luft zirkulieren kann und alle Tücher schnell trocken werden. Desweiteren darf man den Kundenservice stark loben, selten so fähige und kompetente Mitarbeiter erlebt. Bin absolut zufrieden und kann dieses Produkt ohne weitere empfehlen.

Unser größtes Problem im Bad war, dass die Kinder ihre Handtücher nie an die dafür vorgesehenen Haken aufhängen konnten, da diese zu hoch waren. Mit diesem Handtuchhalter haben wir dieses lösen können. Der Artikel ist vom Design sehr schlicht und schön und passt perfekt mit unseren anderen Bambus Möbeln im Bad zusammen (obwohl andere Anbieter) Der Aufbau war sehr einfach und ging super schnell. Gerne wieder!
Our biggest problem in the bathroom was that the children could never hang their towels on the hooks provided because they were too high. With this towel holder we have been able to solve this. The design of the item is very simple and beautiful and it fits perfectly with our other bamboo furniture in the bathroom (although other suppliers) The assembly was very easy and went super fast. Gladly again!
