This preserves your tried and tested brewing cultures and ensures the best wine or beer fermentation time and time again. The collection bottle is simply connected to the yeast valve of the Fermenting Cellar Pro XL fermentation kettle using the adapter made of 304SUS stainless steel included in the set and filled directly from the kettle. Your yeast cultures are safely stored in the tightly closing glass bottle until the next use.
