For the fresh, hot mash to become good beer, it is necessary to cool it down as quickly as possible. This is ensured by the Klarstein Chiller 10K cooling coil. The 22.4 cm diameter hollow coil that has 10 loops can be connected by a hose to a faucet or a cooling circuit and immersed in the hot mash. In this way, it removes the heat from the mash in the blink of an eye. This not only prevents unwanted microbes, but also helps to separate out unwanted substances. 25 litres of boiling mash are cooled to room temperature in about 30 minutes. Thanks to it being made of copper, the immersion cooler is absolutely tasteless and is very easy to clean.
