Zu erst habe ich den Kobel mit Wetterfester Farbe gestrichen. Dann wurde er an einen Nussbaum befestigt. Jetzt warte ich nur noch, dass das Eichhörnchen sein Zuhause annimmt. Sonst alles gut. Über Haltbarkeit und Rebustheit kann ich noch keine Angaben machen, da ich den Kobel erst vor kurzem erhalten habe. Warte wir den Winter ab.
First I painted the Kobel with weatherproof paint. Then he was attached to a walnut tree. Now I'm just waiting for the squirrel to take his home. Otherwise all good. I can't say anything about durability and robustness yet, because I only received the Kobel recently. Let's wait for the winter.

Kam leider etwas kaputt an, habe es einfach wieder repariert. Es sieht sehr gut im Baum aus, aber Eichhörnchen sind noch nicht eingezogen.
Unfortunately, something arrived broken, I just fixed it again. It looks very good in the tree but squirrels haven't moved in yet.

Schönes Häuschen, solide verarbeitet. Ob es den Eichhörnchen auch gefällt bleibt abzuwarten ;) notfalls sicher den Vögeln.

Der Kobel ist gut gearbeitet, allerdings passt die Leiste zur Aufhängung nicht zwischen die vorgesehene Lücke. sie ist viel zu breit.
The Kobel is well made, but the bar for hanging it does not fit between the intended gap. it is way too wide.
Das Eichhörnchen Haus macht einen soliden Eindruck und entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen. Das Haus besteht aus einem kleinen überdachtem Apartment mit zwei Zugängen und Balkon. Damit dürften alle Wünsche für die Nager erfüllt sein. Jetzt heißt es nur noch warten, bis das erste Eichhörnchen in meinem Garten ein neues Zuhause findet.
The squirrel house makes a solid impression and fully meets my expectations. The house consists of a small covered apartment with two entrances and a balcony. This should fulfill all wishes for the rodents. Now it's just a matter of waiting until the first squirrel finds a new home in my garden.
