The Sevilla humidifier from Klarstein provides your room with the necessary pleasant humidity with its 4.5l water tank and ultrasonic nebulizer. In 5% increments, you can choose a target humidity between 40 and 80%, depending on what you find pleasant. The unit evaporates up to 300 ml of water every hour until it reaches the target value. To identify the relative humidity it has an internal sensor that also activates it again when the humidity drops below the desired value. This makes it easy to maintain a constant humidity level. Evaporation by ultrasound is advantageous as no hot steam escapes, which could be dangerous to children or pets.
To further increase the comfort level, the humidifier has an aroma function and an ionizer. When drizzled with a few drops of fragrance oil, the flavor insert ensures that the escaping water vapor also spreads the room with a pleasant smell. The switchable ionizer purifies the air by binding free-floating dust particles. In addition, the released radicals kill germs and disinfect. They also break down the molecules of unpleasant odors and filter them out of the air.

Mamme a rapporto!!
E’ iniziato l’autunno e le giornate cominciano ad essere più fresche.
Al mattino abbiamo una temperatura un pò fresca, a mezza giornata il sole riscalda, ma intorno alle 17.30, il sole comincia a calare e le tmperature scendono nuovamente.
Per non parlare della notte che non cala subito rapidamnte la temperatura, e non appena ci addormentiamo non abbiamo bisogno di coperte, ma verso le 4 del mattino il fresco si sente tanto e abbiamo la necessità di coprirci.
Tutto questo caos si riversa nella salute dei nostri figli.
Noi adulti riusciamo e cerchiamo di adattarci al meglio, ma i bambini non possono farlo e maggiormente di notte si sentono gli effetti negativi.
Già, i continui sbalzi di temperatura non fanno benissimo e purtroppo cominciano i primi malanni, raffreddori e tosse.
Io vorrei consigliarvi un metodo che trovo veramente utile senza ricorrere sempre e subito alle medicine.

Io vi consiglio anche di mettere delle gocce di oli essenziali, ad esempio all’eucalipto, che possa aiutare anche la respirazione e un’apertura delle narici chiuse/bloccate dal raffreddore.
