Ho ordinato questo fantastica piastra elettrica in acciaio inox inossidabile, perchè spesso e volentieri avendo ospiti inattesi, ed avendo una cucina piccina con solo tre fuochi e una piastra, non bastano mai per poter cucinare o riscladare tutte le pietanze che debbo servire ai miei inaspettati ma sempre ben accetti commensali.
Oppure mi è capitato parecchie volte che la bombola del gas, si finisca proprio nel fine settimana e son rimasta quindi impossibilitata nell'attuare ciò che più mi rilassa e mi piace, ovvero dedicarmi nell'arte culinaria da me cosi tanto amata!
Ma ora grazie alla mia splndida, originalissima piastra dal design semplice ma elegante niente più mi fermerà dal cucinare ciò che voglio quando voglio.

Le piastre funzionano alla perfezione, diversamente dalla piastra presente sul piano cottura della mia cucina, si riscaldano velocemente e sono molto potenti anche a bassa temperatura ma sopratutto consumano molto poco.
Inoltre la piastra spenta emana calore per ancora molto tempo, quindi potrete utilizzarla per tener al calduccio eventuali cibi senza consumare la corrente.
Davvero splendida, semplice da utilizzzare, potente, affidabile e anche molto semplice da ripulire, basterà utilizzare un panno umido e lo sporco verrà via con un smplice gesto.
Unico neo, la spina è corta appena 50 cm, è quindi ogni volta bisogna aver sotto mano una prolunga, la spina è modello tedesco, come quella della lavatrice.( NON SO COME SI CHIAMA LA SPINA DAL MUSO...MI PARE SI DICE TEDESCO NO? CORREGGI TU OK?!)

Im Sommer Campen wir sehr gerne und bisher haben wir meistens nur den Grill angeschmissen. Als wir dann aber zum testen die Klarstein Cookorama Mobile Mini Doppel Herdplatte bekamen konnten wir endlich auch kochen und es gab mal was anderes zu essen. Die Doppel Herdplatte kostet zur Zeit auf Amazon 34,90 Euro

Die Doppel Herdplatte ist komplett aus Edelstahl und hat eine Größe von 58,5 x 11,5 x 26,5 cm. Wiegen tut sie 3,5 Kilo, also nicht sonderlich schwer und man kann sie gut transportieren. Oben drauf befinden sich die beiden Herdplatten. Und zwar eine mit 18,8 cm und eine mit 15,5 cm. Wie man es von einem normalen Herd mit vier Platten auch kennt, hat man hier eine große und eine kleine. Insgesamt hat man hier eine Watt Gesamtleistung von 2500. Die Abstände der beiden Herdplatten ist auch ausreichend so dass Problemlos ein großer und ein kleiner Topf nebeneinander passen ohne zu stören. An beiden Seite hat die Doppel Herdplatte isolierte Tragegriffe. So kann ich sie Problemlos woanders hinstellen, selbst wenn die Platten noch heiß sein sollten. Die Griffe werden auch nicht warm und sie isolieren wirklich sehr gut. Die Standfüße sorgen für einen sicheren Halt und die Herdplatte bleibt auch auf jedem ebenen Untergrund stehen und rutscht nicht hin und her.

Auf der Vorderseite befinden sich die beiden Bedienelemente, an denen man jeweils die Temperatur für die jeweilige Platte einstellen kann. Sehr schön finde ich auch die LED-Kontrollleuchten, denn so sieht man genau, ob die Herdplatte an ist. Hat man die Platte angeschaltet leuchtet ein rotes Licht auf. Allerdings geht dieses auch sofort wieder aus, wenn man die Platte ausschaltet. Bei meinem Ceranfeld in der Küche ist es so, das die LED noch leuchtet bis sich die Platte abgekühlt hat. Das hat man hier leider nicht. Die Temperatur kann ich selber bestimmen und zwar über den den stufenlosen Drehregler . Hier habe ich einmal Minimum und Maximum und dazwischen verschiedene Striche. Was genau welche Temperatur ist, kann man nur schätzen, aber mit der Zeit hat man den Dreh raus. So stelle ich die Platten zum Bespiel auf Maximum, wenn ich Nudelwasser oder Kartoffeln kochen möchte und wenn etwas nur langsam vor sich hinköcheln soll, wähle ich die Mitte. Sie erhitzt auch alles gleichmäßig und beim kochen kann ich keinen Unterschied zu einem normalen Kochfeld feststellen. Man muss ein wenig ein Gefühl für die Hitzeentwicklung der Platten bekommen, aber das hatte ich nach einigen Versuchen sehr schnell raus.

Wir haben sie inzwischen schon etliche Male zu Hause ausprobiert. Allerdings dauert es hier länger bis sich die Wärme der Platten auf die Töpfe überträgt. Bei meinem Ceranfeld dauert es auf höchster Stufe ungefähr 5 Minuten ehe das Wasser in einem kleinen Topf kocht und bei der Doppel Herdplatte benötige ich doppelt so lange dafür. Das stört mich jetzt aber nicht so sehr, denn schließlich ist diese hauptsächlich zum Campen gedacht und da ist man froh überhaupt kochen zu können. Natürlich auch interessant für die erste eigene Wohnung, wenn das Geld für eine Küche fehlt. Die Platten kühlen zum Glück auch sehr schnell wieder ab und da konnte ich keinen Unterschied zu meinem Ceranfeld bemerken.

Reinigen lässt sie sich sehr schnell. Sobald die Platten abgekühlt sind mache ich alles mit einem Schwamm, Wasser und Spülmittel sauber. Es bleiben auch keine Schlieren oder sonstiges zurück und die Reinigung ist wirklich einfach. Da hatte ich schon meine Befürchtungen, da ich ein Ceranfeld gewohnt bin und da die Reinigung einfacher ist wie bei den normalen Platten. Aber ich wurde doch Positiv Überrascht wie schnell alles sauber wird.

Ich kann diese Doppel Herdplatte jedem empfehlen, sei es für die Wohnung oder auch für den Campingplatz einfach nur Ideal. Sie nimmt keinen Platz weg, ist einfach zu bedienen und von mir gibt es fünf Sterne.

In the summer we like to camp and so far we have mostly just thrown on the grill. But when we got the Klarstein Cookorama Mobile Mini double stovetop to test, we were finally able to cook and there was something else to eat. The double hotplate currently costs 34.90 euros on Amazon. The double hotplate is made entirely of stainless steel and measures 58.5 x 11.5 x 26.5 cm. On the front are the two controls, on which you can set the temperature for the respective plate. I also find the LED indicator lights very nice, because you can see exactly whether the hob is on. If you turn on the plate, a red light lights up. However, this also goes out again immediately if you switch off the disk. With my ceramic hob in the kitchen, the LED lights up until the plate has cooled down. Unfortunately, you don't have that here. I can set the temperature myself using the stepless rotary control. Here I have minimum and maximum and different lines in between. Exactly what temperature is can only be guessed at, but over time you'll get the hang of it. For example, I set the plates to maximum when I want to boil pasta water or potatoes and when I want something to simmer slowly, I choose the middle. It also heats everything evenly and when cooking I can't tell any difference to a normal hob. You have to get a feeling for the heat development of the plates, but I figured that out very quickly after a few tries. We've tried them at home a number of times. However, it takes longer here for the heat from the plates to be transferred to the pots. With my ceramic hob it takes about 5 minutes at the highest level before the water boils in a small pot and with the double stovetop I need twice as long for it. But that doesn't bother me so much now, because after all, this is mainly intended for camping and you're happy to be able to cook at all. Of course also interesting for your first own apartment if you don't have the money for a kitchen. Fortunately, the plates cool down again very quickly and I couldn't notice any difference to my ceramic hob. It can be cleaned very quickly. As soon as the plates have cooled down, I clean everything with a sponge, water and washing-up liquid. There are no streaks or anything else left behind and cleaning is really easy. I had my fears because I'm used to a ceramic hob and it's easier to clean than with normal plates. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was cleaned. I can recommend this double hotplate to everyone, be it for the apartment or for the campsite just ideal. It doesn't take up any space, is easy to use and I give it five stars.

Praktische Tragegriffe.

Schön breit, so dass gut zwei Töpfe oder Pfannen auch nebeneinander auf die Platten passen.

Wird ruckzuck heiß.

Die Regler sind ohne Einrastfunktion. Man hört nur ein Klacken als akustisches Signal, dass die Platte nun an oder aus geschaltet wurde. Außerdem geht dann auch gleich noch das Lämpchen dazu an. Sicherer fühle ich mich immer, wenn es zumindest fürs ausschalten so noch einen kleinen spürbaren Widerstand/Einraster zu überwinden gilt, damit klar ist, dass die Teile auch wirklich aus sind. Bei Kindern im Haushalt, würde ich also auf jeden Fall, immer den Stecker ziehen, denn schnell ist mal am Knopf rumgespielt.

Beim ersten Hochheizen gab es keinerlei Rauchentwicklung oder Geruch.

Und gebrauchen kann man solche Teile immer.
Irgendjemand zieht immer um und hat erst mal ein paar Tage (wenns gut läuft ;o)) keine Küche oder es gibt große Partys wo man die gut als Warmhalteplatten im Gartenhaus u.ä. gebrauchen kann.

CAVOLI SE FA LA SUA FIGURA, nulla a che vedere con i fornelletti bianchi e neri in plastica della piastra che avevamo prima, dopo vent'anni di onorato servizio, si è spenta definitivamente il mese scorso.... oggi abbiamo questa ^_^ ... e pace all'anima della vecchia, è tanto più bella! ESTETICA A PARTE (che conta, ma non è il parametro di giudizio migliore per valutarne la validità), ENTRIAMO SUBITO NELLO SPECIFICO DEL PRODOTTO (solo così se ne potrà apprezzare a pieno la valenza) E' DI QUALITA'.... UNA DOPPIA PIASTRA DI COTTURA ELETTRICA ... dotata di resistenze elettriche così da consentirgli di riscaldare o cuocere gli alimenti ...in specie (per comodità) quando siamo all'aperto ... essendo TRASPORTABILE, CON I SUOI PRATICI MANICI TERMOISOLANTI VISIBILISSIMI ALLE ESTREMITA' SI SPOSTA FACILMENTE E SI PORTA CON UN CERTO AGIO (nonostante ingombri un po' e pesicchi.... come è giusto che sia... mica è piccola! Pesa su tre etti e mezzo. LA BASE E' IN MATERIALE METALLICO (acciaio inox inossidabile e lucido), ALCUNE PARTI SONO IN PLASTICA DURA NERA, INFINE LE PIASTRE DI COTTURA SONO ENTRAMBE IN GHISA. Il calore viene regolato con una semplice manopola. Estremamente stabile, grazie ai suoi 4 PIEDINI DI SUPPORTO che non la fanno muovere e la rialzano un paio di centimetri dalla superficie di appoggio. In campeggio si collega alla colonnina (chiedete prima se erogano sino a 2500 W, spesso non lo fanno). Non pesa come una bombola del gas... inoltre E' SICURA, perché non si rischia che il vento possa spostare le fiamme e non genera fuoco, ma calore, sì... dunque, fate sempre massima attenzione, con i bambini in giro ancor di più, dato che non è immediatamente visibile (a parte per le lucette che ne indicano l'accensione) e si rischiano spiacevoli, pure gran brutte bruciature. Perchè una doppia piastra di cottura elettrica? Quando si us ail fornello a gas capita di restare con la bombola vuota e non potere cucinare, tra l’altro normalmente questo succede nei giorni in cui il fornitore delle bombole è chiuso! Quindi un fornello elettrico è la soluzione giusta per I casi d’emergenza.
Il Cookorama di Klarstein è una doppia piastra di cottura per una potenza totale di 2500W. Corpo in acciaio inox, maniglie isolate termicamente, le piastre hanno rispettivamente un diametro di 18,8 e 15,5 cm a cui corrispondono 1500 & 1000 watt di potenza.
Le due monopole di regolazione, al centro della fascia anteriore permettono una regolazione precisa del calore e al loro lato si accende una spia quando sono in uso.
Uso intuitivo, presenta qualche difficoltà di taratura nella cottura ma ben presto si è in grado di ottenere ottimi piatti in tempi brevi. Chiaramente possono essere usate pentole in acciaio inox, come in alluminio, vetro e anche ceramica. Le sue ridotte misure ne permettono l’uso in ogni cucina o all’aperto e la carrozzeria in acciaio inox ne facilitano la pulizia.
Per grigliare o nei casi d’emergenza, può tranquillamente fare parte del attrezzatura base di una casa vacanza: l’estetica semplice ed elegante non stona sicuramente.
