Sì, lo so che ha diversi usi questa griglia da tavolo e non serve solo per fare panini... Ma io ho la mia passione per i toast ed i panini ben caldi e l'abitudine di dedicare la domenica sera ad una cena pratica e veloce appunto a base di panini o toast o piade, davanti ad un bel film e rigorosamente sul divano.
Il classico tostapane non mi basta: troppo piccolo e ci potrei far scaldare solo il pane. Idem per il semplice grill a due piastre.
Questa griglia invece, grazie alle sue dimensioni (35 x 19 x 52 cm) - che se avete una cucina spaziosa, potete tenere anche in vista - permette di far scaldare perfettamente le fette di pane, pane per toast o piadina e contemporaneamente pensare anche alla farcitura perfetta. Infatti è una griglia doppia: ha due superfici per la cottura diverse. Quella a sinistra è una griglia di contatto zigrinata (io la uso appunto per scaldare su entrambi i lati il pane - e quella di destra è una griglia piana e liscia che può cuocere becon, uova, formaggio, melanzane, zucchine, pomodori, funghi... o anche hamburger o altra carne a vostra scelta (arriva fino a 1500 W).
Uno dei fattori positivi (come del resto per la cucina con griglia in genere) è che non devo usare condimenti come olio o burro perché il cibo viene comunque già molto gustoso.
Se la vostra idea comunque non è quella di scaldare solo panini, potete comunque usare la parte della griglia superiore come terza piastra perché si apre completamente e grigliare ciò che vi piace di più.
Le temperature dei due lati della griglia si regolano con differenti manopole, per evitare lo spreco di energia o per differenziare meglio le temperature di cottura di cibi diversi.
Entrambe le piastre hanno uno scolo per raccogliere i succhi ed il grasso. Un contenitore per la raccolta si incastra perfettamente sotto la griglia, mentre uno più piccolo vi è fornito separatamente.
La superficie antiaderente fa sì che il cibo non resti appiccicato.
È fornita di cavo elettrico della misura di 1 mt.
Una delle cose che apprezzo sempre nei prodotti per la cucina è sicuramente la loro estetica: bella, ben rifinita e nera - che sta bene ovunque. È fornita anche di gommini per evitare che graffi la superficie su cui viene appoggiata o scivoli sulla stessa.
La uso da qualche giorno e l'idea è quella di solidità: anche il manico che si usa per aprire o chiudere la griglia superiore è solido.
Soddisfatta dei miei panini e hamburger fatti con questa griglia: buonissimi.
In quanto alla pulizia consiglio di fare attenzione. Le piastre non sono estraibili e non è consigliato lavarla sotto acqua corrente. Io uso una spugna ben strizzata inumidita con acqua e aceto o acqua e bicarbonato. Ci vuole un po' di pazienza, ma viene bene.

Al giorno d'oggi trascorriamo molto tempo in cucina... dalla colazione al pranzo... tanti piccoli momenti passati ad assaporare i piaceri del palato!
La cucina poi è spesso un luogo di incontro con gli altri membri della famiglia o con gli amici... è importante trascorrere questi momenti in assoluta tranquillità e armonia ed avere a disposizione elettrodomestici che ci aiutano in questo!

Una delle ultime novita' nella mia cucina è questa comodissima griglia elettrica 2 in 1 perfetta per preparare cibo alla griglia o al barbecue!
Da un lato è richiudibile grazie alla comoda maniglia e ha due griglie ideali per arrostire carne, salsiccia e piastrare panini mentre sull’altro lato con superficie liscia potete cuocere in contemporanea o tenere in caldo verdure e condimenti vari. Un doppio utilizzo davvero praticissimo che velocizza i tempi di preparazione!!!

Le griglie non sono smontabili ma grazie al rivestimento antiaderente sono semplici da pulire con un panno umido. Grazie a questo rivestimento gli alimenti non bruciano facilmente e non si attaccano.

Butterfly & Bee non è ingombrante ma comoda e pratica da usare. Ogni piastra misura 23,5 x 22 cm e la parte grigliata puo’ essere aperta completamente cosi’ da avere maggiore spazio per la cottura.

Entrambi i lati possono essere usati separatamente, infatti ha due regolatori di potenza che permettono anche l’accensione e lo spegnimento. Potete scegliere di usare solo un lato o entrambi in base alle vostre necessita’!

E’ una griglia dai materiali solidi e resistenti, perfetta in ogni sua componente e facilita’ di apertura. Ha dei piedini in gomma antiscivolo che la rendono stabile e sicura alla superficie. E’ alimentata mediante corrente elettrica 240V e il cavo di grande spessore con spina di tipo europeo è lungo 1 metro.

Un’altra caratteristica importante è la pratica apertura al centro delle due piastre che permette lo scolo del grasso in eccesso che viene raccolto in un contenitore che può essere sfilato e svuotato con estrema semplicità. Come vedete in foto, ho grigliato diversi cibi, carne, pane, gamberi, innanzi tutto i loro profumi e sapori non si sono mischiati, e il tempo totale di tutta la grigliata è stata di appena 10 minuti, notevolmente poco.
La pulizia della griglia è rapida è veloce in quanto è in materiale antiaderente, per cui con una rapida passata il barbecue è bello e pronto per una nuova grigliata.

Le mie considerazioni su questa griglia da tavolo , dal mio entusiasmo avrete intuito che sono soddisfatta di questo acquisto, i cibi sono cotti in maniera costante e specie per certi tipi di carne la temperatura costante è importante, poi non parliamo la facilità della sua pulizia è formidabile, abbattuto il tempo e soprattutto la griglia è sempre bella pulita ed è come appena comprata. Così che mentre siamo tutti a tavola la grigliata si cuoce in modo genuino e vario, e tutti ci godiamo la convivialità della tavola

La griglia è solida e robusta, con piedini in gomma anti scivolo, non avrete di certo problemi di stabilità. Comodissimi i due termostati separati per evitare inutili sprechi se non usate uno dei due lati. La parte sinistra si apre a 180° ricavando così una terza superficie di appoggio, che possono far comodo considerando che la superficie di ogni griglia è di soli 23,5x22 cm.
Ho provato a monitorare i consumi, e al massimo ho rilevato 1346W massimi che scendono a 765W se usiamo la sola griglia doppia di sinistra.
Utilizzata per preparare un toast sul lato sinistro nessun problema, poi a destra non avendo delle verdure a portata di mano ho provato a fare un uovo al tegame. Anche qui nessun problema, solo che non avevo considerato il foro centrale pratico per far colare il grasso... mi stava scivolando dentro anche l'uovo, ma si è solidificato in tempo prima di cadere nel buco grazie alle alte temperature della griglia.
Pulire il tutto poi è stato un po' impegnativo perchè non avendo la possibilità di togliere le griglie, ho dovuto pulire con una spugna non troppo bagnata per paura di bagnare le parti elettriche, quindi diciamo che lavarla a risciacquarla non è proprio agevole.

CONCLUSIONI:
Diciamo che l'unico grosso limite son le griglie non asportabili per lavarle, per il resto è una piccola griglia molto versatile, dove potrete fare dalla pancetta per la colazione, a panini e verdure grigliate, ad un prezzo abbordabile.
Ho ricevuto un campione di questo oggetto dal venditore in cambio di una recensione scrupolosa e onesta. Ho accettato di recensire questo oggetto perchè lo ritenevo valido ed ero curioso di testarlo a dovere. Bella pratica e compatta questa griglia da tavolo apribile a doppia piastra.
Una comoda griglia per preparare anche al chiuso e comodamente seduti al tavolo delle splendide grigliate.
Ottimi i materiali con la quale è stata creata dal design lineare e moderno facilmente collocabile anche a vista su un ripiano della cucina.
Dispone di due piastre una richiudibile rigata perfetta per tostare i panini ma anche per cuocere la carne e l'altra per cuocere contemporaneamente ma separatamente le verdure o altri condimenti.
La parte richiudibile non rimane a 90° ma bensi si apre completamente diventando una terza piastra di cottura.
Le due piastre principali si azionano e si regolano di temperatura anche separatamente cosi' da avere temperature differenti e cuocere pietanze diverse senza la possibilità che si brucino o che al contrario rimangano crude. Possiamo anche usare solamente una delle due piastre e l'altra lasciarla spenta.
Ogn'una delle piastre è provvista di secchiello per lo scolo dei liquidi. La parte principale porta un cassettino estraibile al centro e sotto alle due piastre quella rigata e quella liscia che raccoglie i succhi di tutte e due le piastre. Per la piastra mobile cioè' quella che si apre e chiude è dotata di secchiello apparte per raccogliere gli eventuali liquidi senza sporcare il piano d'appoggio.
La potenza è di 1500 W quindi potremmo tranquillamente cuocere anche le carni.
La superfice di entrambe le piastre è antiaderente per evitare che il cibo rimanga attaccato e per una facile pulizia.
La superficie di cottura della griglia misura ognuna: 23,5 x 22 cm abbiamo quindi un bello spazio per mettere pane hamburger e vari ingredienti contemporaneamente.
La lunghezza del cavo e di 1 metro e sotto alla base ci sono dei piedini in gomma antiscivolo per renderla stabile e sicura durante l'uso.
Ho usato la piastra una domenica che avevo ospiti a casa e sono rimasti tutti entusiasti sia per la velocità di cottura degli alimenti sia per la particolarità e praticità della griglia stessa, con questo pratico aiuto in cucina il mio pranzo è stato un vero successo.
