Die Eismaschine hat uns schon viele kühle Getränke für den Sommer geliefert und ist fast täglich im Einsatz. Am Anfang schmecken die Würfel noch etwas nach Plastik, das gibt sich aber mit der Zeit, ein kleines Manko ist die Größe der Maschine, das Nachfüllen des Wassers hätte man etwas praktikabler machen können, die Eiswürfel schmelzen etwas schneller als normale, ansonsten TOP-Maschine!

Sehr schön und auch ok für den Normalgebrauch,aber für ein größeres Fest leider zu langsam. Wir mussten trotzdem Crushed Ice kaufen, und das bei ca. 50 Personen,wobei nicht alle Cocktails getrunken haben..Schade,da die Maschine sehr schön anzusehen ist,und auch von der Bedienung her einfach ist.

Very nice and ok for normal use, but unfortunately too slow for a larger party. We still had to buy crushed ice for about 50 people, although not everyone drank cocktails. It's a shame, because the machine is very nice to look at and easy to use.

Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch, da es zu diesem Produkt keine Bewertungen gab. Ich hab es bestellt und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden!! Das Eis wird sehr schnell produziert, praktisch für Getränke und Cocktails, genau das was ich gesucht habe für unser Café.

An den Eiswürfeln lässt sich nichts aussetzen. Geschmack von dem Wasser jedoch, (Ich benutze Trinkwasser) schmeckt nach ca 1 Std einfach nur ekelhaft. Mehrmals den Behälter gereinigt, Geschmack bleibt der gleiche. Wer es für Eiswürfeln braucht, dem kann ich dieses Gerät weiter empfehlen. Als Trinkwasserspender auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

There is nothing wrong with the ice cubes. However, the taste of the water (I use drinking water) tastes just disgusting after about 1 hour. Cleaned the container several times, the taste remains the same. I can recommend this device to anyone who needs it for ice cubes. Definitely not recommended as a drinking water dispenser.

Da ich letztes Jahr einen Cocktail-Kurs zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen habe und ich mein Versprechen, dieses Jahr Cocktails an Weihnachten zu mixen, halten will, war ich auf der Suche nach einer Eiswürfelmaschine, die crushed Eis herstellen kann. Nach ewigen Recherchen und etlichen Vergleichen fiel meine Wahl dann letztlich auf diese Eiswürfelmaschine, da sie vom Kursleiter empfehlen wurde und die einzige war, die einen soliden Eindruck gemacht hat. Die Eiswürfelmaschine ist gut verarbeiteten, robusten und macht einen qualitativ hochwertig Eindruck. Sie ist kinderleicht zu bedienen, zu befüllen und auch die Reinigung ist im Handumdrehen erledigt. Allerdings ist es vor der Inbetriebnahme ratsam die (wirklich verständliche) Bedienungsanleitung zu lesen, da es Bedienungsanleitungsmuffeln wie mir, sonst passieren kann, dass sie das Wasser in die flasche Öffnung kippen ... zum Glück ist nichts passiert! Wenn man aber erst einmal verstanden hat, was man machen muss (kein Hexenwerk), ist die Maschine goldwert. D.h. sie kühlt schnell runter, erzeugt dementsprechend schnell Eiswürfel bzw. crushed Eis, hat eine hohe Ausbringungsmenge und tut was sie soll. Entgegen der hier veröffentlichten negativen Rezension, fallen bei mir keine Eiswürfel aus der Maschine, wenn kein Glas mehr darunter steht und auch der Geräuschpegel hält sich meines Erachtens in Grenzen. D.h. während der Anlaufphase, wenn die Maschine runterkühlt, hört man sie brummen. Allerdings lässt das nach, wenn sie erst einmal auf Betriebstemperatur ist. Anschließend brummt sie nur hin und wieder, um sich erneut runterzukühlen. Ich persönlich finde das nicht störend, auch wenn man es hört, da es ein tiefes und nicht all zu lautes Brummen ist. Resümee: Ich bin komplett zufrieden und finde, dass die Maschine ihr Geld wert ist. Nachteile kann ich bis auf die Größe und den Preis keine erkennen - aber das ist wohl Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Daher würde ich sie mir jederzeit wieder kaufen und auch weiterempfehlen!

Since I got a cocktail class for my birthday last year and I want to keep my promise to mix cocktails at Christmas this year, I was looking for an ice cube machine that can make crushed ice. After endless research and a number of comparisons, I finally chose this ice cube machine because it was recommended by the course instructor and was the only one that made a solid impression. The ice cube machine is well made, robust and makes a high-quality impression. It is very easy to use, to fill and cleaning is done in no time at all. However, it is advisable to read the (really understandable) operating instructions before commissioning, as it can happen to people who don't like operating instructions like me, that they pour the water into the bottle opening ... luckily nothing happened! But once you understand what you have to do (no rocket science), the machine is worth its weight in gold. This means that it cools down quickly, produces ice cubes or crushed ice accordingly quickly, has a high output quantity and does what it is supposed to do. Contrary to the negative review published here, no ice cubes fall out of the machine when there is no more glass underneath and I think the noise level is also limited. Ie during the start-up phase, when the machine cools down, you can hear it humming. However, this wears off once it's up to operating temperature. Then she only hums every now and then to cool down again. Personally, I don't find that annoying, even if you can hear it, as it's a deep hum that's not too loud. Summary: I am completely satisfied and think that the machine is worth the money. I can't see any disadvantages apart from the size and the price - but that's probably complaining at a high level. So I would buy it again and recommend it!

Bei der Planung unseres kleinen Cafés mussten wir jeden Zentimeter gut durchdenken. Platz für eine große Kühltruhe gibt's da nicht und auch Eislieferanten kommen kaum wegen einer so kleinen Menge. Bei einem anderen Café haben wir diese Maschine entdeckt. Sie läuft bei uns seit einer Woche und wir sind mehr als zufrieden! Eine preiswertere und dazu auch noch stylische Lösung hätten wir und nicht erträumt. Mit unseren maximal 12 kg Eiswürfeln kommen wir gut hin! Mir gefällt besonders die einfache Bedienung und das moderne Display, aber auch die Funktionalität (Würfel, Crushed und eiskaltes Wasser). Wir freuen uns schon auf den Sommer! Bis dahin gibt's Pumpkin Iced Latte für die Hartgesottenen!

When planning our little café, we had to think through every inch of it. There's no space for a large freezer and even ice cream suppliers hardly come for such a small quantity. We discovered this machine at another café. It has been with us for a week and we are more than satisfied! We would not have dreamed of a cheaper and stylish solution. With our maximum 12 kg of ice cubes, we'll get there! I particularly like the ease of use and the modern display, but also the functionality (cubes, crushed and ice-cold water). We are already looking forward to the summer! Until then, there's Pumpkin Iced Latte for the die-hards!

Das gute Stück läuft täglich viele Stunden. Merkwürdig, dass wir früher ohne die Maschine leben konnten. Ich würde mir heute möglicherweise eine Maschine kaufen, die noch mehr Eiswürfel gleichzeitig herstellen kann, aber durch aus von der selben Firma. Es ist ärgerlich, dass man An der Rückseite des Gerätes arbeiten muss für Reinigung, etwas rum etc. Der Hersteller sollte überlegen, Ob Zugänglichkeit nicht durch eine Klappe von vorne möglich ist.

The good piece runs many hours a day. Strange that we used to be able to live without the machine. Today I would possibly buy a machine that can make even more ice cubes at the same time, but certainly from the same company. It's annoying that you have to work on the back of the device for cleaning, moving around etc. The manufacturer should consider whether accessibility is not possible through a flap from the front.

Schnell Lieferung. Es werden tatsächlich nach kurzer Zeit die ersten Eiswürfel produziert aber am Anfang nur recht kleine. In ordentlicher Größe stehen die Eiswürfel ab 15-20 min bereit. Für mich weniger geeignet da ich schnell aber keine Massen benötige. Für mehrere Personen oder Partys sichere ideal.

Fast delivery. The first ice cubes are actually produced after a short time, but only very small ones at the beginning. The ice cubes are ready in a decent size after 15-20 minutes. Less suitable for me because I need fast but no masses. Ideal for several people or parties.

Wir möchten garnicht mehr ohne sein. Die Maschine ist sehr toll und zu empfehlen. Super Preis - Leistung. Es gibt nur 4 Sterne weil der Gummistöpsel leider sehr empfindlich (Kaputt geht ) ist und man ihn aber beim Wasser ablassen entfernen muss. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man leider keinen neuen bzw man kann ihn nicht nachkaufen, was doch etwas ärgerlich ist.

We don't want to be without it anymore. The machine is great and I would recommend it. Super price - performance. There are only 4 stars because the rubber stopper is unfortunately very sensitive (breaks) and you have to remove it when you drain the water. Unfortunately, you can't get a new one on request or you can't buy it later, which is a bit annoying.
