Lieferung ging schnell und das Kissen wurde in einer Tragetasche geliefert. Meinem Freund war es zu voluminös daher habe ich ein bisschen Inhalt entfernt, das geht einfach da an der Seite ein Reißverschluss ist. Seitdem sagt er, er schläft sehr gut auf dem Kissen :)

Delivery was quick and the pillow came in a tote bag. It was too bulky for my friend, so I removed a bit of the content, which is easy to do because there is a zipper on the side. Since then he says he sleeps very well on the pillow :)

Ich kann mich meinem Vorredner nur anschließen - das Kissen macht zunächst einen guten Eindruck (Verpackung, erster Eindruck). Leider konnte ich selbst mit der Entnahme von Füllmaterial nicht das richtige Schlafgefühl erreichen. Jeder Mensch ist anders und daher sehe ich das nicht als Qualitätsmangel. Ich habe dem Kissen sechs Wochen gegeben, da der Hersteller auf seiner Website 100 Tage Zufriedenheitsgarantie gibt. In der Tat versprach man mir sogar nach Ablauf der 4-wöchigen Rückgabezeitraums eine Erstattung. Besten Dank dafür.

I can only agree with the previous speaker - the pillow initially makes a good impression (packaging, first impression). Unfortunately, even with the removal of filling material, I was not able to achieve the right sleeping feeling. Everyone is different and therefore I do not see this as a quality defect. I gave the pillow six weeks because the manufacturer gives a 100 day satisfaction guarantee on their website. In fact, even after the 4-week return period was over, I was promised a refund. Thank you for that.

Tolles Kopfkissen mit individueller Anpassung der Füllmenge. Dauert bisschen, bis man seine ideale Füllung gefunden hat, dann ist es aber sehr komfortabel.

Das Sleepwise The Cloud Kopfkissen habe ich gekauft, da mich schon die Bettdecke The Cloud überzeugt hat. Außerdem handelt es sich bei Sleepwise um ein regionales Familienunternehmen aus Hamburg. Das gefällt mir als Nordlicht natürlich. Das Kopfkissen ist nun schon länger in Benutzung. Beim Auspacken roch es nicht chemisch und konnte direkt benutzt werden. Es ist weich und man schläft sehr gut darauf. Die Füllung klumpt nicht zusammen wie in vielen anderen Kissen.

Soweit ich das Produkt, also das Kissen aus heutiger Sicht beurteilen kann, ist es weich und angenehm darauf zu liegen. Was die Qualität betrifft, die Langlebigkeit, das kann erst die Zukunft zeigen. Was aber unfaßbar ist, das ist die Verpackung: eine unglaubliche Verschwendung von Ressourcen, d.h. Papier so weit das Auge reicht. Das Kissen ist gut verpackt in einer Tasche und diese in einem überdimensionalen Karton mit einem Wust an Papier.

As far as I can judge the product, i.e. the pillow from today's perspective, it is soft and comfortable to lie on. As far as quality and longevity are concerned, only the future can tell. But what is incomprehensible is the packaging: an unbelievable waste of resources, ie paper as far as the eye can see. The pillow is well packed in a bag and this in an oversized cardboard box with a mass of paper.

Das Kissen kommt recht üppig und dick daher.... Nachts am Anfang super bequem, durch die Machart wird es je nach Lage manchmal wie zu einem platt gelegenen Brett und sehr hart, sodass ich wach werde und es etwas auf schütteln muss. Das ist aber eher selten, meistens ist es genau so wie es sein soll... Flauschig und bequem.... Es bilden sich keine Klumpen im Kissen, auch nicht nach Wochen. Formstabil. An sich ein gutes Kissen das hält was es verspricht.

The pillow is quite lush and thick... Super comfortable at night at first, depending on the design, it sometimes feels like a flat board and is very hard, so I wake up and have to shake it up a bit. But that is rather rare, mostly it is exactly as it should be... Fluffy and comfortable.... There are no lumps in the pillow, not even after weeks. Dimensionally stable. In itself a good pillow that keeps what it promises.
