Ich bin einfach zunächst mal ein Fan der Klarstein/blumfeldt Verpackungen. Sicherer geht es nicht mehr. Somit ist auch nichts beschädigt worden. Nur ein paar Styroporkügelchen musste ich noch aus den Ecken entfernen. Der Aufbau ist sehr simpel und ich persönlich finde aß Licht sehr passend, um die Schieferoptik hervorzuheben. Der Motor läuft regelmäßig, ist aber etwas lautwas man mit einer Gummimatte oder Ähnlichem abmildern kann. Das Wasserspiel wertet auf jeden Fall meine Terrasse auf und ich finde das Plätschern super beruhigend. Ich freue mich schon auf lauere Abende, wo der Brunnen mehr zum Einsatz kommt.

First of all, I'm just a fan of the Klarstein/blumfeldt packaging. It couldn't be safer. So nothing was damaged. I only had to remove a few styrofoam balls from the corners. The structure is very simple and I personally think that light is very suitable for emphasizing the slate look. The engine runs regularly but is a bit noisy which can be mitigated with a rubber mat or something similar. The water feature definitely enhances my patio and I find the splashing super soothing. I'm already looking forward to milder evenings when the fountain is used more.

Ich habe den Zimmerbrunnen ausgesucht mit dem Ziel durch eine Wasserwand die Luftfeuchtigkeit in meiner beheizten Wohnung zu erhöhen. Das Gerät kam gut verpackt und schnell bei mir an. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach, wobei der Styropor-Abrieb der Verpackung und der Schiefer-Steinstaub aus den Rillen ziemlich aufwändig zu beseitigen war. Letzteres sollte m.E. mindestens in der Anleitung stehen oder vom Werk aus gereinigt sein, da dies das eingefüllte Wasser ziemlich verschmutzt und evtl. dann gar die Pumpe zerstören könnte. Die Beleuchtung finde ich, entgegen den Abbildungen, sehr dürftig angebracht. Da es sich um ein flexibles LED-Band handelt und dieses nur mit Blechlaschen in gewissem Abstand von unten an den Zwischenboden fixiert ist, erscheint die Beleuchtung von oben gesehen mit welligen Abständen und schräger Passung somit nicht gerade als hochwertig. Ich habe die Fixierungen gelöst und mit einer Spitzzange nachgearbeitet, so dass das LED-Band einigermaßen gleichmäßig und passend von oben durch die Öffnungen erscheint. Nach der in Betriebnahme war ich von dem Wasser-Effekt über den beleuchteten Schiefer-Stein sehr angetan. Nach kurzer Zeit kam mir aber das Pumpenlauf- und Plätscher-Geräusch doch ziemlich laut vor. Ein erneutes Ausrichten der Pumpe weg von der Beckenwand hat ein bisschen Abhilfe geschaffen. Aber wenn nach längerem Betrieb der Wasserspiegel durch Verdunstung sinkt, dann wird der Brunnen noch lauter. Ich denke durch das ungedämpfte Metallbecken entsteht ein Resonanzkörper, der alle Geräusche der Pumpe und des herabtropfenden Wassers noch verstärkt. Ich habe mir in das Becken dann 2cm dicke Gummigranulat-Matten zurecht geschnitten und eingebaut. Damit ist die Lautstärke der Pumpe auf ein erträgliches Maß reduziert. Hält man den Wasserspiegel immer bündig am Zwischenboden, dann entstehen auch keine zusätzlichen Tropfgeräusche vom herunterfließenden Wasser. Als weiteren Schritt zur Geräuschreduzierung habe ich die Wasserdurchflussmenge der Pumpe reduziert. Dazu steht zwar nichts in der Anleitung, aber man kann an der Pumpe die Einsaugöffnung durch Drehen verkleinern. Damit läuft weniger Wasser über die Wand und das Plätschern wird leiser. Alles in allem ist die Wasserwand in der Beton-Optik nun eine echte Bereicherung in meiner Wohnung. Dennoch frag ich mich, ob man zu dem Preis nicht davon ausgehen kann, dass so ein Metal-Brunnen entsprechend gedämpft ist oder zumindest all solche Maßnahmen in der Anleitung aufgeführt sein sollten. Somit gibt es ein Stern weniger für die Beleuchtung und einen weniger für die Lautstärke.

I chose the indoor fountain with the aim of using a water wall to increase the humidity in my heated apartment. The device was packaged well and got to me quickly. It was very easy to set up, although removing the styrofoam abrasion from the packaging and the slate stone dust from the grooves was quite a hassle. In my opinion, the latter should at least be in the instructions or be cleaned at the factory, since this pollutes the filled water quite a bit and could possibly even destroy the pump. I find the lighting, contrary to the illustrations, very poorly attached. Since it is a flexible LED strip and this is only fixed to the intermediate floor at a certain distance from below with metal tabs, the lighting does not appear to be of high quality when viewed from above with wavy distances and an oblique fit. I loosened the fixations and reworked them with needle-nosed pliers so that the LED strip appears fairly evenly and appropriately from above through the openings. After putting it into operation, I was very impressed by the water effect over the illuminated slate stone. After a short time, however, the pump running and splashing noise seemed pretty loud to me. Realigning the pump away from the pool wall helped a bit. But when the water level drops due to evaporation after a long period of operation, the fountain becomes even louder. I think the undamped metal basin creates a resonance body that amplifies all the noise of the pump and the dripping water. I then cut 2cm thick rubber granulate mats into the pool and installed them. This reduces the volume of the pump to a tolerable level. If you always keep the water level flush with the intermediate floor, then there are no additional dripping noises from the water flowing down. As a further step to reduce noise, I reduced the water flow rate of the pump. There is nothing in the manual about this, but you can reduce the suction opening on the pump by turning it. This means that less water runs over the wall and the splashing becomes quieter. All in all, the water wall in the concrete look is a real enrichment in my apartment. Nevertheless, I wonder whether, given the price, one cannot assume that such a metal fountain is appropriately dampened, or at least all such measures should be listed in the instructions. So there is one star less for the lighting and one less for the volume.
