Three gas burners handle the high-heat work: a powerful 2.4 kW burner for searing and wok cooking, two standard 1.8 kW burners for everyday tasks, and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner for smaller pans and gentle simmering. Meanwhile, the 2.2 kW ceramic glass zone distributes heat evenly — exactly what you need for sauces, braises, and anything that benefits from low, consistent warmth. Every zone is independently controlled, so you can run each at a completely different temperature simultaneously.

Built to handle a proper kitchen workload, the MultiChef features a stainless steel frame and four removable cast iron pan supports. The flame failure device cuts the gas supply automatically if a flame goes out, and the residual heat indicator lets you know when the ceramic glass surface is still hot to the touch.

The MultiChef is designed for built-in installation and is compatible with both natural gas and LPG. It comes factory-set for natural gas (20 mbar); conversion to LPG (50 mbar) is possible.
