Load it up exactly as you need it. The Vestpro 10 comes with 23 individually removable weight plates, each weighing approximately 430 g (~1 lb), so you can dial in the right challenge for each session rather than being locked into one fixed load. The weights themselves are made from synthetic rubber (SBR), which means they're soft and flexible — no hard edges digging in when you're on the floor doing burpees or sprawling through a HIIT circuit.
The vest adjusts to your body via nylon straps with hook-and-loop fastenings, giving you a secure, close fit without restricting your movement. Soft padding at the shoulders, chest, and back keeps things comfortable even during longer sessions, and the skin-friendly materials are built to take regular, intense use.
