The wok burner with 3.4 kW brings the wok to the required temperature in no time – ideal for searing, flambéing, and any technique that demands direct, intense heat. The two classic burners with 1.8 kW each handle sauces, pasta, and main dishes, while the auxiliary burner with 1.0 kW keeps sauces warm or gently cooks delicate dishes.
Safety is paramount: the Flame Failure Device (FFD) automatically cuts off the gas supply if a flame goes out – no intervention needed.
