With a total power rating of 8 kW, it covers everything: from quick boiling to long, slow braising at the lowest setting.
The wok burner with 3.4 kW heats the wok to the required temperature in no time – ideal for searing, flambéing, and any technique that demands direct, intense heat. The two classic burners with 1.8 kW each handle sauces, pasta, and main dishes, while the auxiliary burner with 1.0 kW keeps sauces warm or gently cooks delicate dishes.
