The robust steel construction of the Sauenland is designed for continuous use – the housing is UV- and weather-resistant, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use. The heart of the grill is the electrically powered stainless steel rotisserie spit: the 15 W motor turns evenly, and an on/off switch directly on the motor ensures easy operation. The combustion chamber can be adjusted in height in 9 levels, allowing you to precisely regulate the distance between the embers and the food – from slow smoking to direct high heat. The sprung lid opens and closes smoothly, and the removable charcoal drawer makes cleaning after grilling much easier.
The ventilation openings on the base and lid control the oxygen supply without needing to fully open the lid. Two grill grates provide ample space for larger groups. The wooden handles remain cool even at full operating temperature – no need to search for a grill glove. Four rubber wheels with a parking brake ensure the grill stands stable but can still be easily repositioned if needed.
