Gas responds instantly: full flame, gentle simmer, everything in between – with no delay, no preheating time.
The Flame Failure Device (FFD) automatically shuts off the gas supply as soon as a flame goes out – reliable safety that quietly does its job. The electric ignition safely starts each burner at the push of a button, no matches needed. Cast iron X-grids hold every type of cookware securely in place – from espresso makers to woks – and distribute heat evenly under the base of the pot.
The stainless steel housing is sturdy, easy to clean, and retains its shine even after years. The high-quality copper frame adds visual accents that work in both modern and classic kitchens. With a powerful wok burner (3.4 kW), two classic burners (each 1.8 kW), and a simmer burner (1.0 kW), the Lumiflame has the right burner for every dish – all at the same time when it matters.
