Induction works differently from gas or ceramic: the magnetic base of your pan heats directly, while the glass surface around it stays cool to the touch. That means up to 50% faster cooking than gas, no wasted heat escaping into the kitchen, and no burnt-on spills baked onto a hot ring. Hit the Boost function and any zone reaches full power in seconds — brilliant for getting a big pot of water on the boil before you've finished chopping, or searing meat at the highest heat without delay. Precise, adjustable power levels mean you can nail the same dish time after time.
The SenseControl touch panel responds to the lightest touch and sits flush with the glass surface — no knobs, no grooves, nowhere for grease to hide. The toughened glass-ceramic is impact- and thermal-shock resistant, and the negative display keeps timer, power level, and temperature readable at a glance.
