Induction heats the pan directly — not the air, not the glass around it. That means faster heat-up, precise temperature control, and a surface that stays cool where there's no cookware. Up to 50% faster cooking than gas, with far less wasted heat. When time is tight, the Boost function unlocks extra power reserves across every zone — water comes to the boil quickly, pans get up to temperature without a long wait, and dinner lands on the table on schedule.
The Flex Zone is the standout feature for serious cooks. Combine the two left-hand cooking surfaces (each 18 × 18 cm) into one continuous 20 × 100 cm zone — the right fit for fish kettles, griddle pans, roasting dishes, and anything else that refuses to sit squarely on a single ring.
