The Klarstein Barett is a freehanging island cooker hood designed to pull in steam, grease particles, and cooking smells from all four sides of the hob, catching everything before it drifts into your living space. With a maximum extraction rate of 560 m³/h, it keeps even large, open-plan kitchens genuinely fresh.
Three fan speeds let you match the extraction to what you're actually cooking — a gentle simmer needs far less than a full Sunday roast at full heat. If running a duct to an outside wall isn't practical, the Barett can be switched to recirculation mode instead; the activated charcoal filter (available separately under product number 10027530) handles odour absorption. The removable aluminium grease filter is dishwasher-safe and takes seconds to pop out and clean.
Built-in LED lighting keeps the hob surface clearly lit even when the room lights are off, so you can see exactly what's in the pan. The stainless steel construction wipes clean easily and holds its finish over time. Hanging height is continuously adjustable up to a maximum of 140 cm, and a built-in timer handles automatic switch-off so you don't have to think about it.
