Ich hab das Kissen 2 Jahre und obwohl ich es sehr oft genutzt habe und nicht die leichteste Frau bin, hat es noch nie Luft verloren.

Bin sehr zufrieden. sitze endlich gerade. so wie es die Therapeuten es mir in der gesagt habe das die Rückenschmerzen auf dauer weniger werden

Habe fürs Kinderzimmer zum Spielen/ balancieren gleich 3 Stück gekauft. Sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und Größe. Jedoch Vorsicht mit der Pumpe, eine Nadel ist im Ventil abgebrochen. Konnte sie glücklicherweise noch rausziehen.

Drauf sitzen ist gesund für die Wirbelsäule und das Becken.Wer beim draufknien runterfällt, hat Probleme mit dem Gleichgewicht :-) .Übung macht auf lange Sicht den Meister.Unter anderem gut als Physio Unterstützung beim Hund mit Arthrose.Für den Preis auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen.

Mi è stato consigliato di prenderlo per allenarmi a casa con l’equilibrio, e devo dire che sta facendo il suo lavoro! Arriva anche con una piccola pompa; in generale molto comodo il cuscino e semplice da usare per diversi esercizi.

Bin zufrieden für den Preis dadurch wackelt das Board noch mal in alle Richtungen und es kommt ein bisschen Abwechslung rein. Als training für die Beine und Füße ganz gut Auch ohne Board verwendbar.

Great add-on to the BoarderKing Balance Board and cork roll. Bought all three as a bundle. The air cushion offers a good and easier to use alternative to the cork roll. I am happy to have both the roll and air cushion as they offer different types and intensity of exercise. If you follow the instructions shipped with the board and air cushion to prevent falls, this bundle of low-tech exercise equipment promises long-term work-out fun for improving overall fitness, muscle tone, balance, posture and focus. UPDATE 5 Juli 2020: after only four months, the balance cushion cannot hold air any longer. I was very happy with this exercise equipment up until now, but the balance cushion is no longer usable and will have to be replaced already. So, unfortunately, I take back the "long-term work-out fun" verdict from the original preview for the balance cushion. That is very disappointing for a balance cushion at this price.
