At the centre are four Sabaf burners – high-quality Italian burners known for even heat distribution. Cast iron grates provide a secure base for cookware, whether a heavy wok or a small pot. The stainless steel housing withstands daily kitchen use without scratches or dulling.
Safety is built-in: the Flame Failure Device (FFD) detects if a flame goes out and automatically stops the gas supply. The electric ignition lights each burner safely at the push of a button – no matches or lighters needed.
The hob can be installed in worktops from 65 cm wide (cut-out dimensions: 56 × 49 cm) and is factory-set for natural gas. With the included nozzle set, operation with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is also possible – flexible for kitchens with or without natural gas connection.
Note: The polished stainless steel surface of the hob should be regularly maintained with white mineral oil or silicone oil to preserve its shine.
