The angled glass surface made of black safety glass or stainless steel sits close to the cooking area and directs the airflow straight into the filters – regardless of the installation height.

The motor operates at a quiet 52 dB – roughly equivalent to a normal conversation. If you don’t have an external exhaust connection, the Alina can be switched to recirculation mode using two activated carbon filters (included). The integrated LED light evenly illuminates the cooking surface, and the backlit touch panel allows intuitive operation. The aluminium grease filter is dishwasher-safe and requires no replacement.
