With an airflow of up to 247 m³/h, it pulls hard when you need it to — yet even at full power, noise stays at a maximum of 57 dB, roughly the level of a quiet conversation. On the lower settings it drops to just 49 dB. Whether you can run ducting to an outside wall or not, the Alessia works either way: it supports both extraction and recirculation modes, and switching between them is straightforward. The built-in LED lighting illuminates your hob evenly, so you can actually see what you're cooking. The aluminium grease filter traps fat particles reliably — and when it needs a clean, it goes straight in the dishwasher.
The angled front panel directs airflow efficiently towards the filters regardless of how high you mount the hood. Wall installation is recommended at 65–75 cm above the hob surface for optimum performance.
