Product description
Klarstein Alchemist Gas Hob – once you’ve cooked with gas, you rarely want to go back. The flame responds instantly, allowing heat to be adjusted with millimetre precision – from rolling boil to gentle simmer, all with a simple turn of the control knob. The 5-zone Alchemist hob brings this cooking experience to your fitted kitchen with a total output of 3.4 kW.
The five aluminium burners with Italian Sabaf burner heads ensure even heat distribution – whether using a wok, saucepan, or small sauce pan. Cast iron pan supports securely hold all cookware in place and distribute heat evenly upwards. The stainless steel housing is easy to clean and retains its shine even after years of daily use.
Safety is built in: the Flame Failure Device (FFD) detects if a flame goes out and automatically stops the gas supply. The electric ignition makes matches or lighters unnecessary – just one push of a button and the burner is on. Additionally, the child safety lock prevents accidental activation.
The hob is factory-set for natural gas (20 mbar) and can be converted to liquefied petroleum gas/LPG (50 mbar) – giving you flexibility even without a fixed gas connection. The appliance is designed for installation in a kitchen run; installation dimensions can be found in the included instructions. Suitable for modern kitchens as well as ambitious hobby cooks at a semi-professional level.
