With an extraction rate of up to 560 m³/h, it handles everything from a Sunday roast to a full dinner-party spread in even the largest open-plan kitchen.
Three fan speeds let you match the power to what you're cooking — a gentle simmer calls for something different than a full stir-fry at high heat. If ducting to the outside isn't an option, the Barett converts to recirculation mode; an activated charcoal filter (product number 10027530, available separately) takes care of odour absorption. The removable aluminium grease filter is dishwasher-safe and clips in and out in seconds.
Integrated LED lighting keeps your hob evenly lit regardless of whether the kitchen lights are on — useful when you need to see what you're doing at the stove. The stainless steel body wipes clean effortlessly and holds its finish over time. Hanging height adjusts continuously up to a maximum of 140 cm, and the built-in timer handles automatic switch-off so you don't have to think about it.
