Temperature is everything with wine, and the Barossa 32 Uno gives you precise control from 7 to 18 °C via a touch panel with LED display — so whether you're cellaring a Bordeaux, chilling a Sauvignon Blanc, or keeping a Champagne ready to pour, it's always at exactly the right serving temperature. Compressor cooling maintains that temperature consistently regardless of what's happening in the room around it, across an ambient range of 4–18 °C.
The double-insulated door features UV-protective glass that blocks the light responsible for breaking down tannins and colour compounds in wine. Inside, six pull-out beech wood shelves hold every bottle horizontally — essential for natural corks, which need to stay moist to maintain their seal. An activated charcoal filter catches external odours before they can reach your wine, while vibration-dampened storage keeps sediment in aged bottles undisturbed. The integrated door lock keeps your collection secure.
