Tut was es soll Bänder wirken stabil und weisen nach ca. 2 monatiger Benutzung keinerlei Risse oder änhliches auf. Leider etwas rutschig im Vergleich zu anderen.

It does what it's supposed to. The straps seem sturdy and show no signs of tearing or anything similar after about two months of use. Unfortunately, they are a bit slippery compared to others.

Es sollte nur jedem bewusst sein, dass manche Übungen nicht mit Minbibändern durchführbar sind. Prinzipiell aber erfüllen sie genau was sie sollen und halten auch Belastung aus.

Ich nutze die Bänder für mein Krafttraining zu Hause. Es sind unterschiedliche Stärken dabei, was das Training vielseitig werden lässt. Mit den Bändern wird ein praktischer kleiner Beutel geliefert, in dem man die Bänder gut aufbewahren kann. Die Oberfläche der Bänder ist schön glatt, sodass man keine Probleme hat, die Bänder über die Sporthose zu ziehen (für ein Beintraining). Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I use these bands for my strength training at home. They come in different resistance levels, which makes for a variety of workouts. The bands are included in a handy little bag for storage. The surface of the bands is nice and smooth, so it's easy to pull them over your workout pants (for leg exercises). Highly recommended!

Das Training mit Mini-Bands kann sehr intensiv sein und je nach Farbe (Schwierigkeit) sofort angepasst werden. Meine Frau und ich haben das Paket mit den verschiedenen Stärken extra für Home Workouts geholt. Die Bänder sind fast jeden Tag im Einsatz. Top Qualität und durch die Beschriftung kommt man auch bei den Schwierigkeiten nicht durcheinander. Achtung: Muskelkater lässt grüßen!

Training with mini bands can be very intense and can be instantly adjusted depending on the color (difficulty). My wife and I bought the set with the different resistance levels specifically for home workouts. We use the bands almost every day. They're top quality, and the labeling makes it easy to keep track of the resistance levels. Warning: Sore muscles are guaranteed!
