The Sabaf brass burners ensure even heat distribution, while the cast iron X-shaped pan supports securely hold every pot – from heavy woks to small milk pans – firmly in place. The hard glass with nano coating wipes clean quickly after cooking: grease and splashes slide off without leaving marks.
