Je laisse un avis de mon expérience avec Karlstein à lire attentivement avant toute commande !

J’ai commandé une hotte plafond que je ai fait installer par le cuisiniste. Malheureusement la hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Je demande alors le remboursement mais le SAV refuse catégoriquement. Rien de trop grave Karlstein accepte avec tout de meme pas mal d’insistance de remplacer la hotte et de prendre en charge les frais de démontage de la hotte défectueuse.
Karlstein me demande alors de revoter au plus vite la hotte pour procéder au renvoi de la nouvelle. Tandis qu’ils me confirme le remboursement des frais de démontage (photo ci jointe).
Quelque jours plus tard je réceptionne la nouvelle mais d’un coup il m’informe qu’il ne me rembourseront pas les frais de démontage !
Résultat de leur pratique trompeuse je paie 432€ de démontage en plus de la hotte!

Du vrai VOL ! A FUIR !!!

Customer Service: Deceptive Practices / AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm leaving a review of my experience with Karlstein, which you should read carefully before ordering! I ordered a ceiling-mounted range hood that I had installed by the kitchen fitter. Unfortunately, the hood didn't work. I requested a refund, but customer service categorically refused. Karlstein, not too serious, agreed, albeit with considerable insistence, to replace the hood and cover the cost of removing the defective one. Karlstein then asked me to reorder the hood as soon as possible so they could send the new one. Meanwhile, they confirmed the reimbursement of the removal costs (photo attached). A few days later, I received the new hood, but suddenly they informed me that they wouldn't reimburse the removal costs! As a result of their deceptive practices, I paid €432 for removal in addition to the cost of the hood! It's a real rip-off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The extractor hood looks great – it has excellent suction power and is very quiet. The LED lights provide a pleasant and bright light. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The installation instructions are easy to understand – the installation itself is much easier with three people than with two, as suggested. We are completely satisfied. 100% recommended.

Die Dunsthaube ist noch nicht angeschlossen, es wird noch 6 Wochen dauern, bis sie in Betrieb genommen wird.

Wir benützen die Haube mit Umluft. Ein Deckeneinbau war nicht möglich. Haben aber eine Lösung gefunden mit der alles super funktioniert. Für uns war es wichtig das die Haube eine geringe Höhe hat.

We use the hood with recirculation. Ceiling installation wasn't possible, but we found a solution that works perfectly. It was important to us that the hood be low.

Ein wirklich total chicer Klarstein Remy Brilliant für einen angemessenen Preis. Klar ist es nicht gerade günstig, aber man bekommt auch viel dafür. Das Design ist zudem der Hammer. Es sorgt für einen guten Blickfang bzw. Hightlight in der Küche. Der Stromverbrauch ist zudem gering. Das finde ich persönlich sehr wichtig. Die Bedienung klappt auch ohne Probleme. Also ich bin zufrieden und würde es auch wieder kaufen. Alleine schon die Größe sowie die Leistung sprechen da für sich. Aus diesem Grund auch alle Sterne.

It makes a real eye-catcher or highlight in the kitchen. It also uses low power, which I personally find very important. It's also easy to operate. So, I'm satisfied and would buy it again. The size and performance alone speak for themselves. That's why it's rated all stars.

Richtig schön und hochwertig verarbeitet. Länge überlegt, da ich klarstein vorher nie gehört habe. Aber super Ware! Top Verarbeitung! Gerne wieder :)

Die Haube macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck und lässt sich super einbauen. Elegant in der abgehängten Decke integriert. Die zwei LED Streifen sorgen für eine ausreichende Beleuchtung und der Dampf etc. vom Kochen werden zuverlässig abgesaugt.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top, jedoch funktioniert die Fernbedienung erst nach mehrmaligem drücken.
