[Used] Firetower Ethanol Fireplace

Was uns vorher nicht so aufgefallen ist, dass das gesamte Metall verrostet ist. Nachteil: Jede Berührung damit färbt den Rost auf die Kleidung oder Haut ab. Meine Lösung: Ich habe das gesamte Metall mit mattem Klarlack 2x gestrichen. Wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, wenn das vom Werk aus so behandelt worden wäre. Lt. Beschreibung sollte die Oberfläche pulverbeschichtet sein, sie war aber Eisen unbehandelt.

What we didn't notice before is that all the metal is rusted. Disadvantage: Any contact with it stains the rust on clothing or skin. My solution: I painted the entire metal with matte clear coat 2x. Wouldn't have been bad if it had been treated that way from the factory. Lt. Description the surface was supposed to be powder coated but it was untreated iron.

Lieferung ging schnell, leider war auf einer Seite ein kleiner Kratzer auf dem Metall. Ist aber nicht soooo tragisch, habe die nach hinten gedreht. Es benötigte 4 Schrauben zum Befestigen des Ethanolbehälters auf dem Untergestell, im Lieferumfang waren leider nur 3 Stück. Habe den Verkäufer auch gleich kontaktiert ob er die fehlende Schraube nachliefern lassen könnte. Keine Reaktion! Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Habe den Ofen erst einmal ausprobiert, aber das Befüllen ist ganz einfach, und die Flamme wird richtig schön hoch, sieht toll aus.

Delivery was quick, unfortunately there was a small scratch on the metal on one side. But it's not soooo tragic, I turned it backwards. It required 4 screws to attach the ethanol container to the base, unfortunately only 3 were included in the scope of delivery. I immediately contacted the seller if he could have the missing screw delivered later. No reaction! Therefore 1 star deduction. Have only tried the stove once but filling is very easy and the flame gets really high, looks great.

Der Kamin wurde schnell und innerhalb von zwei Tagen geliefert. Der Aufbau ging zügig. Nach ein paar Minuten sind schöne Flammen, auch im Hellen, sichtbar. Nutzen den Kamin für drinnen und draußen. Wir kaufen das Bio-Ethanol günstig bei Action, sodass man kostengünstig schöne Abende mit dem Feuer verbringen kann.

Aufbau sollte an einigen Stellen (Glas) mit einer helfenden Person erfolgen, ansonsten ist alles einfach und schnell auch alleine erledigt. Material ist wie beschrieben, alles einwandfrei. Design und das Licht sind schon ein Hingucker, eben eine offene Flamme. Es wird warm, aber nicht heiß. Es ist ja auch keine Heizung, sondern ein Designelement.

Some parts (glass) should be set up with a helping person, otherwise everything is easy and quick to do on your own. Material is as described, everything is perfect. The design and the light are eye-catchers, just an open flame. It gets warm but not hot. After all, it's not a heater, it's a design element.

Mein Mann wollte unbedingt so ein Ethanol Feuer. Für mich war das unverständlich. Nun zähle ich überraschenderweise ein paar Pluspunkte auf: *Tolles Design *Robust *Schöne Flammenoptik *Super wärmend gerade jetzt im Winter. Trinken jetzt viel öfter ein Täschen Glühwein mit den Nachbarn im Garten und außer an den Fußsohlen muss niemand frieren Bin positiv überrascht, hätte ich nicht erwartet. Da hat sich die Spielerei von meinem Mann gelohnt. Preis Leistung 1a!

My husband really wanted such an ethanol fire. For me that was incomprehensible. Now, surprisingly, I'll list a few plus points: *Great design *Robust *Beautiful flame look *Super warm, especially now in winter. Drinking a bag of mulled wine with the neighbors in the garden much more often now and apart from the soles of their feet, nobody has to freeze. I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't expect it. My husband's gimmick was worth it. Price performance 1a!

Wir wollten einen schönen Blickfang in unserem Garten und dazu noch einen Ethanol Kamin. Wir haben uns für diesen entschieden und nicht bereut. Der Aufbau war innerhalb von 10 Minuten fertig und es konnte direkt losgehen. Bio-Ethanol in den Brenner gefüllt und angezündet. Es dauert ca. 5 Minuten bis man die Flamme richtig sieht. Wunderschön sieht er aus in der Dämmerung. Der Stand ist auch sehr gut. kein Wackeln oder ähnliches. Wir sind begeistert und empfehlen diesen weiter.

So gut wie nichts zu riechen, verbrennt Rückstandslos. Von Anfang an hatte ich es darauf angelegt, die Leuchte mit Bio-Ethanol zu betreiben (1/5 der Kosten im Vergleich zu dem Original-Brenngel; 50 Minuten würden hier knapp 5 Euro kosten (indiskutabel), mit Bio-Ethanol in größerem Gebinde lediglich knapp 1 Euro. Allerdings rußt die Leuchte dann stark im oberen Bereich des Glases, so dass nach zweimaliger Brenndauer nichts mehr zu sehen ist, ebenfalls treten die Flammen dann über den Glasrand hinaus aus und das Flammenbild gibt sich ziemlich nervös und hektisch. Aber das tut der Sache keinen Abbruch, wir sind total happy damit. Würde ich wieder kaufen

Der Firetower sieht wirklich traumhaft schön aus. Ein absoluter hingucker im Garten. Der Firetower ist sehr standsicher, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Es ist absolut geruchtsneutral. Finde es immer wichtig, das der Artikel sauber ist, wenn er nicht benutzt wird und war begeistert das es keinen rückstand vom Ethanol gibt. Habe natürlich auch die integriert Löschhilfe ausprobiert, war etwas spannend, weil ich sowas noch nie ausprobiert haben. Sie ließ sich sehr einfach bedienen und eine toll Idee wenn es um Sicherheit geht. Wer gerne was eine hingucker im Garten hat sollte sich unbedingt diesen Firetower kaufen.
