The sleek stainless steel chimney finish works equally well in a contemporary open-plan kitchen or a more traditional setting. Three speed settings let you dial the power to match what's on the hob — a gentle simmer needs far less than a full fry-up. The LED worktop light is built in to keep your cooking surface properly lit, and the aluminium grease filter simply lifts out and goes straight in the dishwasher.
The Montblanc is designed as a ducted extractor, but it can be converted to recirculation mode if you don't have an external duct — you'll need two activated charcoal filters for that (sold separately, item 10030983).
