Three speed settings let you match the extraction power to what's on the hob — a gentle simmer needs something very different from a full Sunday roast. The aluminium grease filter lifts straight out and goes in the dishwasher, and the built-in LED lighting illuminates your hob directly so you can actually see what you're cooking. The two-piece telescopic chimney adjusts to suit different ceiling heights, bridging gaps of 40 to 75 cm.
The Montblanc is set up for ducted extraction as standard, but it can be converted to recirculation mode if you don't have an external duct — you'll need two activated charcoal filters for that (sold separately, item 10030983).
