With an airflow of 590 m³/h, it has the power to handle everything from a gentle simmer to a full-on Sunday roast.
Three fan speeds let you dial in exactly the extraction you need. At full power, the motor shifts 590 m³/h — more than enough for heavy frying or cooking for a crowd. The Kronleuchter runs in recirculation mode, passing air through an activated charcoal filter to neutralise odours without any need for external ducting. The removable aluminium grease filter goes straight in the dishwasher when it needs a clean. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the cooking surface across all three speeds, so you always have a clear view of what's on the hob — even with the main lights off.
The stainless steel body is available in a brushed or high-gloss finish. Both stand up to the daily wear of a working kitchen without scratching or dulling, keeping their clean, considered look long-term.
