The coronavirus is keeping the world on tenterhooks. The most important thing now is to keep calm, help others where we can, wash our hands thoroughly and (if possible) stay at home. And to all those who cannot do this because they are key workers, we would just like to say a big thank you! You are amazing and we really appreciate your commitment!

On this page you will find information about ordering and shipping your favourite products as well as tips on how to help others and make this time a little more enjoyable for yourself.

Delivery Information

First things first: we will continue to ship your orders! We are in daily contact with our shipping providers to avoid possible stumbling blocks during the delivery process so that your order arrives without any problems. At the moment, however, there may be short-term changes (legal changes, regulations for the protection of our shipping partner’s employees) which are sometimes out of our control. So, if there are delays with your orders, we ask for your understanding – we will keep you informed in any case!

What are we doing to contain the pandemic?

We are an international company with over 700 employees around the globe. The safety of each and every one of our employees is our absolute priority. For this reason, we were one of the first companies to adopt a ‘work from home’ policy wherever possible. In this way, we aim to not only protect all our colleagues from contact in public areas, but also our fellow human beings (especially those who are vulnerable or high-risk).

How do we protect employees in our distribution centre?

Of course, there are also employees who are not able to work from home. In order to protect all employees in our distribution centre and to be able to guarantee the safe shipping of your goods, we have significantly strengthened our safety measures.

Our employees work in different shifts which do not come into contact with each other at all. Security personnel at the entrance also ensure that arriving colleagues sanitize themselves thoroughly and adequately.

How can we make things better at home?

Doing good has never been so simple: stay at home, wash your hands thoroughly and avoid social contact wherever possible. But staying in your own four walls is not so easy for many people. Sooner or later, boredom sets in. We’ve come up with a few tips to help you avoid cabin fever.

Working from home effectively

Many of us are currently working from home. This often means crawling out of bed in our pyjamas and sitting in front of the computer. Our suggestion: get out of your comfies, create a separate work area and schedule fixed breaks (this can also be done virtually with friends/ colleagues) to make the most of working from home.

Spring Cleaning!

Open the windows, turn up the radio and finally get round to dusting the photo frame in the corner at the back. Now is the best time to get your home looking spick and span. And let’s face it ... who doesn’t have their own little corner which has been neglected for a long time?

Help Others

It’s certainly true that the coronavirus gets in the way of our social lives. But it doesn’t stop us from being social. Young and fit? Why not offer to run errands for neighbours and people in the area. It’s a great way of doing good deeds when you’re still doing everyday tasks anyway.

Frequently Asked Questions – Shipping & Delivery

Simple answer: yes. The risk of infection when sending parcels is negligible. Our shipping partners also practice a high level of safety precautions for their employees. You will be kept up to date on any changes concerning shipping or delivery.

We currently ship our goods all over the world. To be completely honest, it is possible that the delivery of your product may be delayed or changed in individual cases, should delivery conditions in your country change at short notice. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. Otherwise, we will keep you informed about the current status of your delivery. Please be understanding if we have to make changes to our delivery service at short notice; this would only happen as the result of an unforeseen issue, but means your goods will still be delivered.

However, we will do our best to ensure that the majority of our orders are delivered as usual.

Many shipping providers have already adapted their delivery methods to the current situation. The delivery driver will also deliver your parcel without making contact, i.e. he will leave the parcel in front of your door, ring the bell and take a few steps back so that you can pick up the goods. Unfortunately, delivery to your neighbours is no longer possible at the moment and only one delivery attempt will be made. If nobody is home, the parcel cannot be taken to a parcel shop but will be returned directly. Proof of delivery with the customer’s signature are also not possible at present. The driver himself acknowledges receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, these measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the delivery drivers and all recipients. We ask for your understanding at this time.

The goods are placed in front of your door by the delivery driver and he then takes a few steps back to ensure no contact is made. During the delivery, the driver stays at least 1.5 metres away from you at all times. In order to prevent possible transmission via the pen, the driver will sign for the receipt of the goods on behalf of every customer. For this, you (as the recipient!) will have to show identification documents upon delivery (passport, ID card, blue passport for refugees or stateless persons, electronic residence permit, driving licence; these must be in a language the driver can understand). A comparison will be made with the photo and the name. The driver will then note your date of birth on the scanner. This procedure replaces the customer’s signature.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for regular parcels in the current situation. Returns made in the usual way and within the return period are of course still completely acceptable!

If you wish to exchange or return your items in accordance with the terms and conditions, they must be ready for collection and waiting outside the door. This is the only way for the delivery driver to pick up the parcel and take it back.

If you are in isolation or your area is particularly affected by the coronavirus and your post office is closed, please contact our customer service team within the returns period so that we can find a solution together.
