Whether cutting, chopping, peeling or filleting, with its six knives the Klarstein Kashira knife set keeps ready the right blade for every cut. Thanks to the antibacterial non-stick ceramic coating made of BIO-LON CERAMIC ANTIBACTERIAL and the practical wave form, cutting becomes a real experience: nothing sticks to the knife. For particularly high cutting precision, the stainless steel blades is hardened to 54-56 Rockwell. In order to maintain sharpness for a long time, the blades do go inside but are placed on the block. There is a magnetic coating which allows the blades to be attached securely to the block.

Not just knives, the Klarstein Kashira knife set is 7-piece precision in Japanese style.
