The Klarstein Fleischbrocken grill wagon is the one-stop shop for all matters relating to barbecues, grills or smokers. On the right, there is a large 40 x 20 cm grill area, perfect for juicy steaks, crisp sausages and tasty vegetables, while on the left side the smoking oven is ideal for gently smoking fish, bacon, sausages, ribs or vegetables to completion. Thanks to the folding lid, the grill surface can also be used for smoking or slow cooking, for example for pulled pork or spare ribs. Both the smoking chamber and the grill cover are equipped with thermometers with which the internal temperature can be monitored at any time without any loss of heat or smoke. The side ventilation flaps ensure optimal ventilation and temperature. Particularly practical when using the Klarstein Fleischbrocken as a smoking oven are the 5 floors, which are optimally equipped with rib racks and sausage or ham hooks to meet every smoking requirement. A water bowl serves to capture the evaporation of smoke aromas and catches dripping grease. A side storage surface with a towel or grill holder, a spacious cutlery drawer and a large storage space under the grill make for convenient use, while cool-touch handles on the oven doors and windows ensure easy handling. Two sturdy steel spoke wheels make the device easy to move.
