Nachtrag aktuell: Im Juli 2022 ist die als Ersatz gelieferte Maschine erneut defekt. Es läuft das ganze Wasser aus. Nun läuft die Reklamation nicht mehr über Amazon und Zack: Von Klarstein leider auch nach über einer Woche keine Reaktion! Bei Austausch verlängert sich natürlich die Garantie und das kann ich auch mit einer neuen Rechnung beweisen. Leider Null Reaktion von Klarstein. Ganz ganz schwache Leistung. Da bleibt wohl nur noch der Rechtsweg. Schade. Ich habe vor 8 Monaten diese Maschine gekauft und war von ersten Tag an begeistert. Perfekte Eiswürfel in null Komma nix. Ich benutze fast ausschließlich die großen, wer Crushed Ice braucht, kann gut die kleinen als Alternative nehmen. Nun war sie leider kaputt. Der Umtausch verlief absolut unkompliziert und problemlos. Ein Riesen Lob an den Hersteller und Amazon, die das perfekt durchorganisiert haben. Heute ist meine neue Maschine angekommen und ich war mir gar nicht bewusst, wie sehr ich sie vermisst habe. Eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Achtung! Ich würde sie ausschließlich mit entkalktem Wasser benutzen, da die Reinigung nahezu unmöglich ist. Aber damit kann ich leben.

Addendum current: In July 2022, the machine delivered as a replacement is defective again. All the water drains out. Huge praise to the manufacturer and Amazon, who organized this perfectly. My new machine arrived today and I had no idea how much I missed it. An absolute buy recommendation. Danger! I would only use them with decalcified water because cleaning is almost impossible. But I can live with that.

Das Klarstein Gerät arbeitet im Gegensatz zum baugleichen der Konkurrenz, das wir mängelbedingt zurücksenden mussten , einwandfrei und liefert permanent sowohl Eiswürfel als auch Eiswasser auf Knopfdruck. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden es während der Sommermonate permanent im Einsatz halten. Leider ist es recht laut. Es wurde uns aufgrund einer Panne verspätet geliefert und daher hatte ich eine sehr negative Rezension abgeben, die leider - auch nach einem Chat mit einem Amazon Mitarbeiter - nicht gelöscht wurde. Nach einer sehr netten Entschuldigung kann ich mich nur sehr positiv zum Thema Kundenservice der Firma Klarstein äußern.

We are very satisfied and will keep it permanently in use during the summer months. Unfortunately it is quite noisy. It was delivered to us late due to a breakdown and therefore I had given a very negative review, which unfortunately - even after a chat with an Amazon employee - was not deleted. After a very nice apology, I can only say very positive things about Klarstein's customer service.

Wir haben dieses Gerät seit gut einem Jahr und sind sehr zufrieden. Eingeschaltet sind in ein paar Minuten die ersten Eiswürfel fertig und die Qualität (Form/Grösse) ist auch gut. Die Bedienung ist wirklich easy und das tolle Design ein schöner Blickfang in der Küche. Auch praktisch, dass man sich mal ein kühles Wasser ziehen kann. Hier ist die automatische Füllmenge praktisch (Standartglaseinheit) Geräuschpegel in Ordung. Man hört, wenn wieder eine Ladung Eiswürfel fertig ist und in den Auffangbereich fällt.

We have had this device for over a year and are very satisfied. Switched on, the first ice cubes are ready in a few minutes and the quality (shape/size) is also good. The operation is really easy and the great design is a beautiful eye-catcher in the kitchen. It's also handy that you can get a cool drink of water. Here the automatic filling level is practical (standard glass unit) and the noise level is okay. You hear when another load of ice cubes is ready and falls into the collection area.

Wie die meisten Produkte, die den Namen Klarstein tragen: Gutes Desing - ein Hingucker. Klar kann man Eiswürfel in der Schale machen, aber: Glas drunter. Knopf drücken klirr - klirr - klirr - macht mehr Spass - Cool. Noch paar Infos. Bei großer Eiswürfelgröße füllen die auf Vorrat produzierten Eiswürfel ein 0,5 Liter Glas randvoll (dauert etwa 1 - 1,5 Std. ) Die Eiswürfel werden in der Maschine nicht weiter gefroren, sondern tauen nach und nach ab. Sonst würden sie wohl aneineander festfrieren und liesen sich nicht mehr entnehmen. Das Schmelzwasser läuft dann in den Wasserbehälter. Die Maschine merkt, wenn der Eis-Voratsbehälter nicht mehr genz voll ist und produziert weiter. Wenn man tagsüber kontinuierlich Würfel entnimmt kann man gut damit arbeiten oder man füllt die Würfel um und legt sie in den Gefrierschrank. Im Betrieb ist die Maschine relativ leise - bis auf den Moment wo die fertigen Würfel in den Vorratsbehälter geschoben werden - dann klackerts. Muss halt so sein. Ich habe das Gerät jetzt 3 Wochen fast ununterbrochen in Betrieb (zur Erinerung: Jahrhundertsommer) und die Funktion: Einwandfrei. Mir gefällts (auch wenn es eigentlich unötig ist). Das trifft auf die Popcornmaschine von Klarstein auch zu - aber die gefällt mir auch.

Otherwise they would probably freeze to one another and could no longer be removed. The melted water then runs into the water tank. The machine notices when the ice storage container is no longer full and continues to produce. If you take cubes continuously during the day, you can work well with them or you can refill the cubes and put them in the freezer. In operation, the machine is relatively quiet - except for the moment when the finished cubes are pushed into the storage container - then it clicks. It has to be like that. I've been using the device almost continuously for 3 weeks now (as a reminder: the summer of the century) and the function: flawless. I like it (even if it's actually unnecessary). This also applies to Klarstein's popcorn machine - but I like it too.
