Using a special cooking process that preserves vitamins and minerals, it gently heats up to 10 litres in a temperature range from 0 to 95 °C. With its 800 W power, it heats the water and ensures a constant temperature. This makes it ideal for low-temperature cooking, heating and keeping warm. Its compact format is particularly convenient: simply clamp it to the pot, set the temperature and timer - it does the rest!
