I had been looking for a good, practical and easy to use slicer/grater for a long time and since I tried this one I am delighted, the truth is that I thought it would be a bit more complicated and cumbersome since I had never had one like this, however for I was surprised as soon as I took it and assembled it (by the way, very easy to do following the instructions that come in Spanish) the rest was frankly a dream, the time saved in cutting a potato as in my first test is really extraordinary, In my house we are vegetarians so I am always cutting vegetables with the time that this entails, in addition to the fact that my cuts have never been very "good" hehe, however with this device I have cut a potato into thin slices 30 seconds or so and everything has been perfect, in fact I made an omelette that was delicious! :) I am delighted with its easy operation, the appliance is made of plastic with a bright pistachio green color that brightens up my kitchen, its operation is very simple, you just put the vegetables or cheese that you want to cut or grate and with one hand you press the start button and with the other you go down the food with the help of the pusher, remember to put a plate below to collect the slices if you don't want them to fly away :) Bring 5 accessories, for thin slices, thick slices, thin strips , thick strips and another to grate the cheese or nuts... in short, super complete, in addition to the fact that it can also be stored anywhere since it is not very bulky as I said, I recommend it 100%, of course in my case only with the The time that I save is already worth it and also that the food is much tastier in sight!!

An electric slicer for fruits and vegetables (and other foods, such as cheese or chocolate), as in this case, is a step forward compared to classic manual slicers. The energy expenditure is negligible and the comfort that it offers us is superlative. 1) What's in the box. The machine, the transparent support for the blades/filling container, the pusher, five conical blades for different cuts (by the way, all of them in different colors), instruction manual (in several languages, including Spanish). 2) Use. This slicer is very easy to handle. It is convenient to read the instructions (very brief, they go to what is important without getting lost) so as not to screw up, but everything is quite intuitive and the assembly of the support on the machine and the blades on it is very easy. It goes without saying that the use itself is even more so. We have tested several blades before issuing this opinion, and the truth is that both for grating and cutting the results are excellent. For example, we have tried to grate a medium-sized apple and had the zests ready for use in a few seconds. Or cut half a cucumber into slices and, in this case, the result was even more spectacular, since the layout of the cut and the good appearance of the resulting slices were also combined with speed. With carrots, onions, etc., and with fruits, the results will allow us to prepare salads that will not only be sources of health, but also aesthetically attractive. It is already known that we also eat with our eyes, which is often said. 3) Cleaning. The machine cleans very quickly. The ease of disassembly (as well as assembly, of course) means that we have the parts ready for washing in a few moments. Water and dishwasher, and that's it. Of course, we must be rigorous in this: once used, we always have to clean the slicer so that it remains as if it were new. 4) Appearance/finishes. The machine is nice. It may seem silly to say this about a small appliance, but in a modern kitchen, especially if, as in our case, we are going to always leave it in sight, functionality does not have to be at odds with appearance. The materials are good and seem resistant, so they promise a cutter for years. In summary, a highly useful appliance in a kitchen, which will allow us to have our dishes ready in much less time than if we cut manually with a knife or with a non-electric slicer. For the price it has, I think there is no doubt.

I have previously used a hand held machine that turned the crank to grate veggies, cheese and chocolate - this has 3 inserts, I find it very convenient and it works well but gets a little tiring over time. Now it is being replaced by this small device. The salad cutter has 5 inserts. A clear 'T-piece' snaps into place first, this is a bit unfamiliar at first and you have to look carefully to get it in properly, but it works well. The respective insert is then inserted into this and fixed with a kind of nut with a handle, which also works very well. From above you can then use a plastic insert to press down the item to be cut, if it is not a long cucumber, that makes a lot of sense. But now to the inserts: Two light green inserts make thin or slightly thicker wavy slices of carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, apples, onions... It works very well and I really like the wavy slices for the salad. The apples for the cake can also be cut super quickly with it. Both get 5 stars. Then there are two hole inserts, big holes red, small holes orange. The red insert is suitable for cutting thick pencils, e.g. B. from cheese or carrots. That works great. With the orange insert you can make fine sticks of cheese or carrots, chocolate, etc. rub. Everything works great too. Finally, the yellow insert is for grinding nuts, chocolate, etc. It works, but larger pieces of nuts keep falling out at the side. In addition, the effort is too much for the device and it smells a bit like burnt rubber. I will therefore no longer use this setting, because I prefer to buy ground nuts or grind them in a large blender or hand blender in large quantities. With the little one it's a tedious thing - at least for me, because I usually don't just need 20 grams or so, but a larger amount. And besides, it seems to be too much trouble for him, at least he stinks ;-) Conclusion: 4 out of 5 uses work great, since I got the device because of these 4, I can easily cope with the fact that the fifth one is nothing. In addition, the device takes up very little space and there is less washing up than with the large food processor (where everything can go in the dishwasher, here I only put the push-down part in). The little helper is now constantly on our work surface and is therefore used a lot.

An electric grater that requires the use of both hands. This electric grater is rather well made, light and not bulky. It comes with 5 different graters in the shape of cones and assembly is extremely simple. Fortunately because the manual is in German / English / Italian / Spanish but no French. I haven't used all the cones yet but I already have a good idea of the strengths and weaknesses of this grater. Once the chosen cone is installed, press the push button at the top of the device and keep it pressed. So one hand on the button and one to press the vegetable. As it descends, a plunger tip is used to press the rest of the vegetable against the moving grater, so keep pressing down. If you were expecting an on/off button, go your way. Apart from this set of hands, the grater works well, you shouldn't stuff it too much anyway. Carrots are one at a time. And there is material that manages to pass between the cone and the plastic envelope. So for large quantities, it is necessary to release a little what has been stuffed where it should not be. It is a bit noisy but not excessive and I expected worse. The biggest complaint is the plunger tip which is a few millimeters too long and which rubs against the teeth of the grater when you get to the end of the vegetable. Otherwise, it is a product that works well. Power cord length = 1m15

Contrary to the Thermomix or Smartphone spirit which wants a device to be able to do everything, I like the idea of a tool adapted to a use. So yes, my food processor can grate carrots and grind almonds to powder, but it takes up space, it's quite tedious to set up the accessories, and above all, it's laborious afterwards to wash it, to put everything away. And above all, we have to transfer the preparations from the bowl of the robot to the final container. With this electric grater on the contrary, everything is SIMPLE! The French language is not present on the notice but it is possible to request it by email. However, it will not turn out to be really necessary as the use is intuitive. 5 “blades” are available, for slicing, slicing with waves, fine grating, coarse grating, and crushing hard foods such as parmesan, dried fruits or pastry chocolate into nuggets. The fixing is done using a white plastic tip that we will take care not to misplace (see photo). Assembly and disassembly are ultra-fast once you get the hang of it, and cleaning is easy. A single large button to keep pressed and under the blade, you have your own salad bowl, so you avoid unnecessary dishes. It's very effective, so much so that I put my robot in a cupboard only to take it out occasionally while this grater accompanies us on a daily basis. We can quibble about the narrowness of the plastic tube in which to slide the food. No problem for carrots or other elongated vegetables, a little more problematic to slip in white cabbage, which we are therefore obliged to cut before. But that's still quibbling because the idea is not to have a behemoth on the worktop but a reasonably sized tool. It's really fast, practical and easy, in addition to being quite aesthetic and attracting the curiosity of visitors.

It is a small appliance, compact and with small dimensions, but which proves to be of great use in the kitchen. It is really efficient in carrying out its task of cutting and mincing vegetables, fruit, hard cheese, almonds, nuts, chocolate, biscuits, dry bread… It has 5 cutting options: fine and coarse grater, thin slice cut, wavy cut plus often, julienne. It manages to cut or mince all the way through, leaving no unprocessed residue. particularly useful if you want to cut the potatoes perfectly and then fry them. It is known that eating raw vegetables is undoubtedly a smart choice for our health. Always leaving this nice appliance on top in the kitchen can be a useful reminder to consume more raw vegetables (which should be eaten every day): for example, carrots are truly exceptional! It is very simple and practical to use. Since the part in contact with food is disassembled from the motor body, it can be washed easily (also in the dishwasher if desired). In addition to being more efficient, using this appliance has the undoubted advantage, compared to classic hand tools, of being safer. In this way wounds and cuts are avoided, which are not so infrequent for those who work a lot in the kitchen. The only precaution to use is to screw the pin that binds the rotating element to the motor body well. It is equipped with non-slip rubber feet at the base. Energy consumption is negligible, only 150 W of power consumption and then for a few moments.
