Premettendo che adoro qualunque bevanda alla frutta, la mia passione n°1 è per gli smoothie, molto famosi nei paesi anglosassoni ma praticamente sconosciuti qui prima che diventassero un nuovo fenomeno commerciale. In altre parole è il succo di frutta al 100%, composto principalmente di mele, uva e frutta a scelta, così da non aggiungere zuccheri o altra robaccia. Per capirne la qualità, basta leggere la famosa tavola degli ingredienti: "in questa confezione ci sono due banane, tre mele, otto mirtilli e tre pere". Uno si fa il conto mentale ma non capisce come possa entrare tutto questo in una bottiglietta. Infatti, non tutta la polpa va a finire lì, dato che per realizzarli si predilige il succo e, per ottenerlo, si utilizza una centrifuga. Non come questa, adatta a un uso casalingo, ma il principio è lo stesso.

La centrifuga della Klarstein è ottima per un uso quotidiano: semplice da usare, semplice da pulire.

Il funzionamento è assolutamente elementare e ricorda quello di un frullatore, con l'unica differenza che alle lame tradizionali che frullano appunto tutto il contenuto del bicchiere, qui invece il succo viene scisso dalla polpa. Ok, ammetto che per certi frutti sembra un peccato farlo ma successivamente scriverò il mio sistema per far felici un po' tutti. Per altri, di contro, è un ottimo sistema. C'è chi ama il succo di mele ma non gradisce sia troppo polposo, c'è chi ama (come me) il succo di mandarino ma realizzarlo è molto più noioso del succo d'arancia...Basta dunque infilare i pezzi di frutta nella macchina in movimento, pressare con il cilindro nero in dotazione e il succo verrà veicolato in un canale (sotto il quale andrà posto un bicchiere) mentre la polpa si separerà da esso, finendo nel comparto nero laterale. Questi, superato un livello massimo (c'è una piccola finestrella laterale per osservare l'andamento dell'accumulo di polpa e scarto) si potrà benissimo svuotare, per poi sciacquare il tutto nel lavandino. Con la pulizia delle lame rotanti (che somigliano un po' a una grattugia) si esaurisce la manutenzione dell'apparecchio :)

UN TRUCCO SALVA SPRECHI
Non credo di essere l'unico al mondo ad amare sia il succo di mela che la purea di mela. A quel punto mi si potrà dire di frullare il tutto e fare prima, ma preferisco centrifugare il tutto: avrò così il liquido da bere ma al contempo, nel comparto solitamente adibito agli scarti, tutta la purea di mela che voglio :) Lo stesso dicasi per qualunque altro frutto con la stessa consistenza (con l'ananas questo non si può fare ovviamente) ma anche con gli ortaggi: se fate il succo di carota, la polpa che avanza potete usarla anche in cucina, in modo analogo all'estratto di pomodoro, anche solo per dare colore.

ATTENZIONE ALLE BUCCE!
Anche se va contro la filosofia della centrifuga (sia in senso di velocità che di salute, visto che nelle bucce ci sono molti principi nutritivi) sbucciate sempre la frutta se non ne conoscete la provenienza. Eviterete così che nel liquido finiscano anche i pesticidi e le sostanze lucidanti che usano per tenerla bella e "fresca" al supermercato.

Il prezzo, anche se non basso, è inferiore a quello della grande distribuzione, dove nell'ultimo anno il prodotto ha preso parecchio campo nell'ottica delle diete antitumorali. A questo proposito, altro accorgimento: è una centrifuga classica, non uno spremitore a freddo. Ciò significa che la temperatura generata può alterare (soprattutto se l'uso è prolungato oltre il minuto consigliato) le proprietà nutritive dei componenti della frutta. Un uso moderato e rispettando i tempi segnalati dal produttore può evitare tale conseguenza.

Sono stata fortuna poter provare un prodotto che mi serve.
La centrifuga mi è arrivata nel doppio pacco, scatola nella scatola al interno è fissata fra due pezzi di polistirolo.
Si notta da subito che è costruita con i materiali buoni è di costruzione semplice a quali siamo abituati
vedere nella maggior parte di questi elettrodomestici.
Misure:

la mia è di colore crema.
Il suo assemblaggio è molto semplice:
prendiamo il corpo di motore, poi inseriamo nello apposito spazio la vaschetta per raccogliere la polpa scartata, sopra appoggiamo il pezzo con il beccuccio e nel suo interno alla fine il coltello di acciaio.
Bisogna stare attenti a mettere i pezzi nel modo corretto nelle sue sedi.
Alla fine prendiamo il coperchio trasparente e con due ganci di plastica lo fissiamo. Qua bisogna stare attenti, i ganci prima da aperti vanno appoggiati sul coperchio poi tirati verso giù in modo che restano nella sua sede nel coperchio e alla fine spinti verso il corpo del motore, dobbiamo sentire un bel click a questo punto è tutto pronto per preparare i nostri succhi.
Cosa interessante di questo coperchio è che ha le fessure per rilasciare il vapore in eccesso che si forma durante il suo utilizzo e la loro comodità apprezziamo molto dopo il lavaggio, possiamo tranquillamente assemblarla senza che si ferma un cattivo odore causa della umidità che resta al suo interno.
La centrifuga ha il interruttore con 4 posizioni
- OFF – 1 -2 –P
1, 2 è la velocità minore e maggiore e la P possiamo usare per intermittenza ( decidiamo noi quanto tempo far girare la nostra centrifuga, bisogna tenerlo girato e al suo rilascio torna nella posizione OFF )
La frutta va tagliata ma non a servono i pezzi piccoli basta che passa attraversa l’apertura di diametro 6.5 cm, abbastanza grande e comoda.
Io le mele e carote in genere sbuccio ma si possono inserire tranquillamente anche non sbucciati, io lo faccio per la questione di igiene e di pesticidi.
Chi già ha provato questo tipo di centrifughe lo sa che lo scarto dipende tanto da tipo della frutta che si utilizza.
Ho visto che anche con i kiwi tutti i semi sono andati insieme nello scarto e il succo resta pulito senza i pezzi.
La vaschetta dello scarto possiamo svuotarla in qualsiasi momento, basta aprire due ganci e sfilarla da sotto per poi rimetterla e di nuovo fissarla. Due ganci servono per la nostra sicurezza e anche per chiudere il coperchio fisso.
NON FUORIESCE NIENTE !!! NIENTE POLPA IN GIRO !!!
La centrifuga va utilizzata con periodi brevi 1 minuto di azione 2 di riposo e dopo 5 cicli successivi riprendiamo dopo circa 15 minuti per impedire al suo surriscaldamento.
Normalmente entra in funzione protezione del motore ma meglio evitare questi inconvenienti che influiscono sulla vita del nostro apparecchio.
Il lavaggio è semplice , basta risciacquare i pezzi di plastica, solo al coltello dobbiamo dedicare più tempo, ma io mi sono presa apposta una piccola spazzola da bagno che uso in cucina, basta trovare il trucco in che verso muoverla durante il lavaggio e in un’ attimo sarà tutto pulito.
Per me si tratta di un bel prodotto che rientra nei parametri, come potenza ho notato che è meglio della mia precedente centrifuga che avevo 400 Watt ma scaldava.
Sul video quando ho finito non l’ ho trovata calda.

Optisch ist er nicht gerade ein Hingucker. Aber habe auch noch keinen gesehen der ansehnlicher ist. Ich habe mich trotzdem für diesen Entsafter entschieden, weil mich die Leistung einfach überzeugt hat. Die Lieferung erfolgte recht schnell und der Entsafter war auch gut verpackt. Sieht relativ hochwertig aus. Das Plastik ist sehr gut verarbeitet und fühlt sich fest und Stabil an. Das Edelstahlgehäuse ist in Klavierlack Rot lackiert. Dieses ist, anders als auf dem Bild, doch recht hübsch. Man hat zwei Stufen die man zum Entsaften nutzen kann. Stufe eins läuft bei 17.000 UMin. Und Stufe zwei bei 20.000 UMin. Getestet habe ich dies natürlich nicht. Aber ich vertraue einfach mal den Angaben des Herstellers. Das Mikro sieb hat schöne kleine Löcher und fühlt sich, wie das restliche Gerät, sehr hochwertig an. Das Reinigen geht ohne weitere Problem und verläuft schön schnell. Und durch die kompakte Form, lässt er sich auch schnell verstauen ohne viel Platz zu benötigen. Hört sich doch nach einem perfekten Helferlein an oder? Wäre es auch. Nur eine Sache habe ich zu bemängeln. Leider liegt dem Gerät kein Glas oder Ähnliches bei. Das hätte ich eigentlich als Standard erwartet. Scheint kein großes Problem zu sein, habe ich halt nur erwartet.

It would be too. I only have one thing to complain about. Unfortunately, the device does not come with any glass or anything similar. I would have expected that as standard. Doesn't seem like a big problem, I was just expecting it.

Habe ich bestellt für unseren imbis. Einfache reinigung und die Teile gehen einfach rein und raus. Geht schnel beim produzieren. Und Kunden schmeckt es auch gut.
