Le bottiglie di vino che avevo inserito nella cantinetta hanno preso lo stesso odore e ho dovuto toglierle e fargli prendere aria. Chiamato il call center che mi ha proposto la sostituzione, ma non mi fido che possa risolvere il problema in quanto, credo, l’odore sia dovuto alla scarsa qualità delle plastiche utilizzate. Peccato perché nel complesso la cantinetta poteva soddisfare le mie esigenze, ma sarò costretto a chiedere il reso.
The strong smell of plastic that continues to be felt despite having left the door open for days was reported to assistance. No help on that. The bottles of wine that I had placed in the cellar took on the same smell and I had to remove them and let them air out. I called the call center who offered me the replacement, but I don't trust them to be able to solve the problem as, I believe, the smell is due to the poor quality of the plastics used. It's a shame because overall the wine cellar could have satisfied my needs, but I will be forced to ask for a return.
