Product description

Whether light or dark, top- or bottom-fermented, wheat or pils, with the Klarstein Mundschenk mash kettle gets the right original wort for your self-brewed beer. Even for beginner's, it is a simple way to become a home master brewer of refreshing-delicious self-brewed beer!

Whether a beginner or an experienced hobby brewer, the Klarstein Mundschenk mash kettle provides a simple complete package for preparing the mash. Up to 50 litres can be boiled in the large stainless steel kettle. A touch panel with a LCD display allows for the manual setting of the temperature, cooking time and power - or you can pass the entire process over to automatic control. The 3000 W heating element then brings the mash to a boil. It reaches the desired temperature in no time at all and then keeps it at a constant temperature for hours. An integrated display always reveals exactly in which of the six mashing steps, each individually programmable, the device currently finds itself.

Especially handy is the scope of accessories of the Klarstein Mundschenk beer brewing system, which supports the process in several ways: A sieve insert and the grain container make it very easy to remove the spent grains from the wort. The available circulation pump facilitates the stirring of the mash. For the refining of the mash, the Klarstein immersion cooler is used. Cold water passes through its 10 hollow coils with a diameter of 25 cm in order to cool the hot mash in an instant. Thereafter, it only has to be transferred to the fermentation tank via the drain cock. All parts are made of 304 stainless steel. As a result, no metal flavors get into the beer and after use they can be easily cleaned.

Fresh beer from your own home brewery? Nothing easier than that: With the Klarstein Mundschenk mash kettle, every hobby master brewer easily achieves the right original wort.

Please note that in Germany the brewing of beer has to be reported to the main customs office.

This part is for advanced brewers, but beginners can also brew with it. For the production of 30l I recommend the 50l version. The good thing is you don't need so many extras. I myself use the device weekly to produce 30l of beer for our illegal bar. That thing can easily deliver 10 brews a month. So 300l a month was my record too. If you have the money for the Klarstein, you can also buy a dispenser directly. Barrel fermentation and bang! I also recommend the matching conical fermentation tanks from Klarstein, which also cost another 180 stones. All in all you are there with 2000€-3000€ and you can take care of your bar yourself. But it's worth it. For example, I brew after work, start mashing at 6 p.m. and finish cleaning by 11 p.m. And off to bed. (Grind the day before, vaccinate the day after) So, as I said, you can really produce something with it and you don't actually have to be there all the time. So brewing and studying for the exam at the same time is no problem. So it's also something for students. With good programming you have to go to the device 4 times! Mashing, lautering and pouring in and removing the spent grains (approx. 20 minutes), hops and bottling. Overall good part only downside is the yield. I don't get under 8 Plato when washing out the spent grain (after-cast) You have to grind it coarser with this brewing system, otherwise everything will falter. But the time savings and the ease of trading easily make up for the 30-40% more barley.

As a newbie, of course, I first found out how to deal with it on YouTube. Even the first beer, which was brewed somewhat clumsily, was a complete success! This device makes it pretty easy.
