The Paolo can be switched to recirculation mode, so there's no need to break through walls. The removable aluminium grease filter catches fat and particles before they go anywhere near the motor, and it's dishwasher-safe — just slot it out, put it in the rack, and you're done. A backlit touch panel gives you one-touch control over fan speed and the integrated LED light, which throws clean, even illumination across the hob.
